The world situation change can cause the world war or not

The world situation is slowly changing. China more strong than before and it will break through the first island chain. At this process , it can't avoid conflict. It will cause the world war or not. Would you please post your view here?Thank you.

As much as the USA is going to provoke China over its South China Sea islands, China is patient enough and smart enough not to start a world war over it.

Napoleon was right to say "Let China sleep, or a tiger will be awakened." (or in words similar to that). I foresee China becoming a primary world power, using effective aid creating development, dipolomacy and strategic partnerships rather than by planting military bases around the world.

I agree your some words, but China power is enlarging and it will protect its benefit. Now China is breaking through the first island chain slowly. If American don't take action, China will figure out the problem and nothing can limit it. Then the old and new leadership can't avoid conflict for themselves benefit.

China is not going to give up the island no matter what, IMO.

Currently China is expanding it's trade partners and setting up free trade agreements around the world. The more that the U.S. keeps up with the nonsense of restraining trade with our partners the more to China's advantage it is.

Also the aid packages that China is giving developing countries is another path that will spell ''winner'' for them.

China is already a world power. The longer that the U.S. engages in useless wars, wasting our soldiers and money, China will sit back and take advantage of that as well.

Sun Tzu, ''The Art of War'' applies to more than just military conflicts and it would be a good read for some of our leaders.

China's new ''silk road'' is an interesting venture. It could be a huge failure or a huge boom.

Which is why we need a 350 ship navy with 12 heavy carrier battle groups to confront this and other global challenges.

Why must it be a challenge?  Has China prevented any commercial shipping from passing through the South China Sea?  The American navy does fuck all when challenged by the Iranians in the Straits of Hormuz, so why is it necessary to fly bombers over the islands in the South China Sea to provoke, when commercial shipping is free to pass.
