Enjoy nature at its most beautiful.

It is my experience that some ladies look better upside dawn than others …

But I digress.

Gosh, she's beautiful!  Is she on one of the milkweed flowers?  There are a bunch of kinds of milkweeds, and I've always heard that butterflies love them!

Milkweed it is … there are many species of Milkweed and I'm finding that when seeds are collected from one location, they will germinate in another but not flower … at least not in their first year.

Speculation is, that seeds from plants that have flowered in rugged environments will produce plants that will not flower initially when growing in rich soil elsewhere.

Smart … the Creator of such things.

Yes … no problem in believing in the ONE that started it all … then set it in motion via EOLUTION.

Perfectly logical.

Here in KY, it seems that they prefer poor soils to good soils, and won't grow naturally if the dirt is too good.  I would believe that!
