IF 'REPUBLICANS LOSE WITH DONALD TRUMP' IN 2020 ELECTION THEN AMERICA AS WE KNOW IT IS OVER, SAYS GLENN BECK

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

Glenn Beck has suggested that it would be the “end of the country as we know it” if Donald Trump does not win at the 2020 election because of the rise of radicalism and socialism in the Democratic Party.

Speaking to Fox News’s Sean Hannity, the conservative radio host and author said he had discussed the threat posed by the changing face of the party for the past year, which is now being highlighted by the election of Congresswomen such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar, and the support of the Green New Deal.

“I said what was coming and the last few steps were that the radicals, the anarchists, the Islamists, the socialists would all gather together, they would not be working together, plotting together, but they would see the opportunity and they would all come together and work to destabilize Europe and America,” Beck said on Hannity , reported Mediate. “And that is exactly what is happening.”

Let's hope so. America "as we know it" under Donald Trump is a travesty.

Glenn Beck is still out there grifting. Has this guy ever done an honest day's work in the past 25 years?

  • Why do we need a wall on the southern border?

In the real world... because law enforcement has requested additional barriers in strategic locations.

  • Why do we need to give an already bloated defense department even more money?

In the real world.... a bit of brainless hysteria among the electorate and a whole shitload of jobs.

  • Why do we need to give more tax cuts to the already wealthiest?

In the real world.....we didn't.  But we did need corporate tax reform in a massive way, which we got, but which most angry liberal Millennials don't understand.

  • What will happen if Democrats win?

Depends on which Democrat.  If Bernie is president and AOC is speaker of the House....yeah....we're 10,000 kinds of fucked.  They will want a wall to keep us all from escaping, and Mexico will probably pay for it.

  • What happens if you don't pass voter ID laws?

Nothing.  Which is almost exactly what will happen if we do pass them.

  • What happens if Trump is impeached?

The Democrats will lose seats.

Does a wall from sea to sea sound like something in the "real" world???

In the real world.... a bit of brainless hysteria among the electorate and a whole shitload of jobs.

Which has nothing to do with my statement.

But we did need corporate tax reform in a massive way, which we got, but which most angry liberal Millennials don't understand.

Strike 1, not a millennial.

Strike 2, we needed tax reform in general, what we got was massive tax cuts for those least needing of them.

If Bernie is president and AOC is speaker of the House....yeah....we're 10,000 kinds of fucked.

Does a wall from sea to sea sound like something in the "real" world???

No.  And that is not the current proposal  You certainly couldn't build a "Great Wall of Texas" on government contracts for the type of money we've seen suggested anyway.

I didn't vote for Trump, and for me the border wall represents a very large "meh".   I support the wall under one of two scenarios..  1.  It's requested by law enforcement professionals to help them do their job better.  or...  2.  It's part of a (preferably bipartisan) larger immigration reform movement that includes pathways to citizenship for "Dreamers", large scale easing of immigration restrictions, and a citizenship path for long term US residents of questionable documentation.

Trump was offered scenario 2 on a silver platter and pissed on it.  So now I'm down to reason 1.  If the Border Patrol says they'd rather spend the money on more agents or drones or lasers or whatever...I'm going with their advice.  But neither doom, death nor destruction have anyting to do with it.  I'll leave the hysteria to you.

Which has nothing to do with my statement.

It has everything to do with your statement.  Your hysterical statement ignores the fact that there are legitimate economic reasons why we don't cut defense spending by huge amounts.

Strike 1, not a millennial.

Too bad.  It would excuse the hysteria in your statements if you weren't old enough to know better.

Strike 2, we needed tax reform in general, what we got was massive tax cuts for those least needing of them.

We desperately needed corporate tax reform.  We didn't really need individual tax reform.

Translation: Death, Destruction, and Doom

With Sanders in the WH and AOC in the speaker's chair?  More like "penury, privation and puling".   But if you imagine that combination would be good for the country...you have no place accusing other people of mindless bias.

Who's talking cuts???  Are you trying to put words in my mouth?  I don't see the word "cuts" anywhere in my statement.  Of course if I didn't say "cuts" your response is meaningless.

Too bad.  It would excuse the hysteria in your statements if you weren't old enough to know better.

A sure sign of a failing argument is when you have to drop to personal insults.

We desperately needed corporate tax reform.  We didn't really need individual tax reform.

Corporations making billions of dollars of PROFIT , were already paying no federal taxes, not they are getting refunds.  That kind of reform is NOT what we needed.

With Sanders in the WH and AOC in the speaker's chair?  More like "penury, privation and puling".

Meh.  Doomsday claims have a target audience, and they're effective in that space.  Chicken Little has been retold for hundreds of years because mass hysteria is still a thing.

Certain people live solely in their emotions and reality only really exists as a way to validate their "feelings".  If they're afraid, they look for reasons to be afraid...so then they can be right AND afraid.

Beck's claims are not unlike Maddow breaking into tears on election night 2016, or all the bizarre little people who were too emotionally damaged to make it to work or school the next morning.  Or one person putting up three "Trump is terrible" seeds every 24 hours.

Glenn Beck is being put forward as the voice of reason?  jrSmiley_88_smiley_image.gif

The next Democrat elected President is going to be a complete and utter failure.  That's not very difficult to predict.  Everybody and their brother will be demanding "help me, help me, help me!"  The United States will be expected to take sides on Brexit, intervene in Venezuela, reinvigorate sanctions on North Korea, move the embassy out of Jerusalem, confront Russia in Crimea, make war on Assad in Syria, kiss up to China, and open the borders to anyone that can crawl into the United States.  The next Democratic President will be expected to establish greater freedom with more regulations, more interventions, and more restrictions.

The next Democratic President will either have to bankrupt the United States or disappoint a lot of people.  Democrats have created a 'no win' situation for themselves.  Democrats have raised expectations so high that no President can meet those expectations.

Everyone knew who and what Trump was before he was elected.  Pretending the gazillion Republican primary debates didn't happen is extraordinarily disingenuous.  jrSmiley_46_smiley_image.gif

So you have a crystal ball?

Doesn't require a crystal ball; the same thing happens in the toy aisle.  Democrats have been raising expectations both in the United States and around the world.  Democrats have been promising to be all things to all people; that's an expectation that is impossible to fulfill.  Should the Democrats win back the White House in 2020 (which looks highly likely) then the next Democratic President will either have to bankrupt the United States to fulfill those impossible expectations or will have to disappoint a lot of people.  Democrats have placed themselves in a no-win situation.

And it is fun to watch. But they have displayed all their cards lately, especially the losing ones.

No, it won't be fun to watch.  Trump confirms the Democratic smears against him at every opportunity.  Trump cannot win reelection on ideas or accomplishments.  The only way Trump wins reelection is for voters to repudiate Democrats.  That's not likely to happen.

Should Trump be reelected the world will be thrown into panic.  The EU and Asian rim will try to punish the United States.  The EU will adopt more provocative foreign policy stances to force US intervention.  There will be a military build up around the world.  We could actually see the UN impose economic sanctions on the United States.

The future will be a time of uncertainty and national risks.  And that bleak outlook is the direct result of Democrats picking Hillary Clinton to become President.  The only reason Trump won the 2016 election is because a lot of voters did not want Clinton in the White House.

And the Democrat's response?  jrSmiley_46_smiley_image.gif

Trump was the only reason Clinton came so close to winning.  If you recall, establishment Republicans weren't that happy with Trump.  But that was the Democratic strategy and hope; Democrats wanted Trump to win the nomination to divide Republicans.  It almost worked.

No, Hillary Clinton lost the election on her own merits; it should have (and probably would have) been an easy win for another candidate with a less scandalous background.

"Donald is a pathological liar, possibly a sociopath, and a vengeful, bitter man if he feels he’s been betrayed at all.” Glenn Beck

“If I’m right about Trump, that sucks. It’s not like everyone’s going to walk around saying, ‘Good job, Glenn!’ And if I’m wrong, that sucks too. But I have a choice. I can either dismiss what I see, or ring the bell like I’m doing and hope that I’m wrong. Really, I have no way to win.” Glenn Beck

“Count me as Never Trump,” Glenn Beck April 2016

“I’m voting for Trump.” - Glenn Beck Sep 2016

The day after Trump’s victory, I checked in with Beck again. He said he saw “the seeds of what happened in Germany in 1933.” The question was whether the American people would “water them” with “hatred and division.”

I guess Glenn Beck embodies the phrase "If you can't beat 'em, confuse 'em!".

Finally, a bit of good news. The GOP and their base want to take us back the where the old geezers that have been in Washington far, far too long, back to the 1950's where they think we should all be.

It is totally unbelievable that the country has voted GOP in the majority of elections in the states, especially the border states and in the south, yet they complain about what has happened to the country.

What happened to the country is that the very same Republicans who have been repeatedly elected to office and the state level  and the same old state Senators and Congressmen who now have white hair, have been re-elected so many times they just get re-elected because their names have been seared into local public minds.

These old geezers gave up their morality and their decency to serve Americans in order to glad hand corporate interests, they embraced corporate lobbying, and have turned a blind eye to the people.

Republicans show up as a massive red glow on nearly every map of the country so if anything has gone wrong and  it has gone wrong, then thank a Republican and quit blaming Democrats.

With the Republican majority that has existed and that fact that Republicans have gotten nearly every single thing they wanted, the country is a mess because what these Republicans wanted was to pay back their corporate donors and do it openly now with no though of any backlash from their home state constituents who are now completely brainwashed to re-elect them no matter how horrible the results of their laws and policies which they enact.

IF 'REPUBLICANS LOSE WITH DONALD TRUMP' IN 2020 ELECTION THEN AMERICA AS WE KNOW IT IS OVER, SAYS GLENN BECK

Ah yes, Glenn Bech the sage that sitteth upon the mountain top. America as we once knew it has been over for some time, the GOP sounded its death knell in the eighties and have been attempting to drive a stake through its heart since.
