Will Mueller Carve Trump a New One?
"No collusion, no obstruction"! - Donald J. Trump

Hopefully, Robert Mueller's testimony to the United States House of Representatives' Judiciary Committee, scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m., July 24, 2019 will be the shot fired across Trump befuddled brow and end his daily assault on our Republic form of government.

The 445 page Mueller Report, if one's struggles to read it, is a legal document written carefully within the confines of the narrow parameters crafted by the United States Attorney General's Office to protect the most corrupt monster that has ever served dishonorable in the office of President of the United States. This is a sad, disgraced patch of lunacy for this once great nation.

The Dilemma:

The Attorney General is appointed by Donald J. Trump, America's First Fake POTUS, real POS, who is "the central figure" in the Special Council's Investigation, hardly, a judicious arrangement.

Trump, as any literate person knows, is a well known, NYC "Con Man", with an extensive background in rubbing up to, and, doing business with the Mafia.

The Mueller Report, in my opinion, is difficult to read for a non-legal expert, but, clearly does not "exonerate" President "Trash Mouth".

I am looking forward to Trump's comeuppance. Are you?

The Moscow Project that the"Commander In Lies", consistently lied about during his campaign, " would have generated a billion dollars", according to new CNN Reports. Mueller confirmed that Trump was still working on his Moscow project with his Russian born tenant Felix Satyr. (SP)

Felix is the son of the Russian Mafia leader that is the most ruthless killer in Moscow. He runs an equivalent to former NYC based Murder Inc.!

In  Russia, mobsters turn to Flex's father, when they want someone "killed", according to Malcolm Nance, a former Intel Officer and frequent guest on MSNBC, CNN, and, FOX B.S. NEWS!

During the campaign, Trump continuously lied to the general public about his business dealings in Russia.

In the 1990s, when Trump's empire was collapsing, Bayrock, an American firm, owned by a Russian Oligarch, with close personal ties to Putin, invested $900,000,000 into Trump Inc., saving it from bankruptcy.

Currently, the FBI and International Intelligence Agencies worldwide are investigating whether Trump has been "compromised" by Russian Intelligence.

And, I am glad to hear it, something should give Donald bad nights, because he is a diabolical man. I am concerned that given a second 4 year term-with Putin's and Kim Jung Un's dictatorial assists- Donald plans to single-handedly get rid of sanctions on both nations and start building projects in both  countries. He clearly indicates a desire to. And one thing we are learning about Donald is he is one over-bearing man who seems to let little alone for long.

TRUMP: "I want it."

You can lead a horse to water, but you can not make it drink, now can you, Horse.  Refusal to accept facts does not exonerate the guilty. It only serves as a bright, burning spotlight on the "fact adverse" judgementalism used as a shield by the bias, who cannot face reality for fear that it will scatter their misguided faith.

Judiciary Committee has moved forward with the "Impeachment Investigation" process. BTW:  iT IS NOT DEMS in the House who will not vote to impeach the most "corrupt person" to ever hold the office of POTUS office illegally. It's the Right Wing Conservative, God Fearing REPUBLICANS that cover for a known adulterer, an accused CHILD RAPIST, a self-admitted "Sexual Predator" and a potential collaborator with the Russian government to undermind the interest of the United States.

Give it up, Texan1211, you back the WRONG horse. This one is corrupt, under six-state investigations for a variety of crimes, and, still being investigated for financial wrongdoing while in office.

Trump received a $500,000,000 from the president of China after his meeting with him to finance his Indonesian Hotel/Casino/Spa complex that is in financial default.

His daughter received $150,000,000 from Saudi Arabia after her husband, Jarred Kushner, delivered a signed contract from Trump to the Saudis for the purchase of $65 BILLION DOLLARS in Arms sales to the country where the majority of the 9/11 Terrorists were raised, educated and trained to kill American civilians.

Trump's wife, the Communist raised, educated, former "Porn Star", received $25,000,000 to produced the Inauguration Ball, despite never having any experience producing anything but ADULT-SEX FILMS.

Jared, also, received an $800,000,000, low-interest loan from the Small Business Association for his collapsing real estate project in NYC, known, appropriately, as "666".

Eric Trump and John, Jr, Ivanka, and "the Donald" were forced to close their non-profit organizations for "fraudulent activities".

The list of criminal charges, inappropriate behavior and "money laundering" for the Russians and the NYC Mafia, are now under intense scrutiny by several law enforcement agencies.

The $900,000,000 investment, that this Con Man, Trump, received from Bayrock, Inc., an American business owned by a former Russian KGB operative, and, a personal friend of Putin, is being re-investigated to determine if Trump may be compromised by the Russian.

It is time for Right-Wing Conservatives to put aside their inculcated "racism" and recognized that the values of the Confederate Party were, and, are treasonous.

Mueller's testimony is not going to reveal anything new.  It's all been made public and the facts have been reported (along with falsehoods).

Democrats are going to try 'sell' Mueller's testimony as something new.  The problem is that Democrats aren't believable any longer.  The 1001 excuses for losing the last election have poisoned the Democrats' well of 'truth'.  If 'truth' is relative for Democrats, it's relative for everyone else.

So, impeach Trump already.  The facts are the facts.  The facts were known before Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel.  Mueller only confirmed facts that had already been reported to the public.

Democrats are being guided by a truth that isn't based upon the facts.  Democrats' truth is subjective and relative to their party's politics.

Easy to differentiate our Constitutional Republic values and Principles from those of the Democrats

We are not some communist collective. We are a federal republic of sovereign states. It's about respecting and following the Constitutionally mandated separation of powers

"The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government, are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State." – Federalist No. 45, Alleged Danger from the Powers of the Union to the State Governments Considered, Independent Journal, January 26, 1788"

The government of the United States is a definite government, confined to specified objects. It is not like state governments, whose powers are more general. Charity is no part of the legislative duty of the government."
-- James Madison, speech in the House of Representatives, January 10, 1794

Read Madison's 1830 letter explaining the term General Welfare, the purpose of it, and why it cannot be construed as you collectivist statists have abused it

“If Congress can apply money indefinitely to the general welfare, and are the sole and supreme judges of the general welfare, they may take the care of religion into their own hands; they may establish teachers in every State, county, and parish, and pay them out of the public Treasury; they may take into their own hands the education of children, establishing in like manner schools throughout the Union; they may undertake the regulation of all roads other than post roads.   In short, every thing, from the highest object of State legislation, down to the most minute object of police, would be thrown under the power of Congress; for every object I have mentioned would admit the application of money, and might be called, if Congress pleased, provisions for the general welfare.”

James Madison, on the House floor during debates on a Cod Fishery bill [February 1792]

On free markets unhindered by government

“I own myself the friend to a very free system of commerce, and hold it as a truth, that commercial shackles are generally unjust, oppressive and impolitic — it is also a truth, that if industry and labor are left to take their own course, they will generally be directed to those objects which are the most productive, and this in a more certain and direct manner than the wisdom of the most enlightened legislature could point out.” - James Madison to Congress, April 9, 1789

“Is it not the better rule to leave all works to private enterprise, regulated, and when expedient, aided by the cooperation of the State?” - Franklin Pierce: Second Annual Message, December 4, 1854

“The Constitution’s framers intended to establish a free government, which must not be permitted to degenerate into the unrestrained authority of a mere majority or the unbridled weight of a mere influential few.” - Calvin Coolidge to Congress, 1926

“Silent Cal’s” peaceful administration championed Laissez-Faire and Free-Market policies. He believed firmly that the Constitution granted the right to contract freely, and he refused to allow the government to get involved in business matters. Coolidge was also perhaps the last President to hold the belief that the federal government had no role in alleviating individual suffering, and that that should be left to private enterprise. He fought corruption by convicting those involved in the Teapot Dome oil-lease scandal. He reduced national debt by one-third and cut spending by 43%, vetoed farm subsidies, and cut taxes by a whopping 50%. He famously said, “Perhaps my greatest accomplishment was minding my own business.”

Jefferson danger of Judiciary

Nothing in the Constitution has given them [the federal judges] a right to decide for the Executive, more than to the Executive to decide for them. . . . The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves, in their own sphere of action, but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.” (Letter to Abigail Adams, September 11, 1804

in a letter in 1820: “You [William C. Jarvis] seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions, a very dangerous doctrine indeed and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy . . . . The constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that, to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party its members would become despots.”

Redistribution of wealth

"To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it." — Thomas Jefferson, letter to Joseph Milligan, April 6, 1816

Samuel Adams

The Utopian schemes of leveling, and a community of goods, are as visionary and impractical, as those which vest all property in the Crown, are arbitrary, despotic, and in our government unconstitutional. The Utopian schemes of leveling, and a community of goods, are as visionary and impractical, as those which vest all property in the Crown, are arbitrary, despotic, and in our government unconstitutional.

The Necessity of Armed Citizens against potential government tyranny

United States v. Cruikshank , 92 U.S. 542 1876

The Justices stated "The right to bear arms is not granted by the Constitution; neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence. The Second Amendments means no more than that it shall not be infringed by Congress, and has no other effect than to restrict the powers of the National Government"

James Madison

"T]he advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of.   Notwithstanding the military establishments in the several kingdoms of Europe, which are carried as far as the public resources will bear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." -- James Madison, Federalist No. 46"

"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of the republic; since it offers a strong moral check against usurpation and arbitrary power of the rulers." -- Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution

"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. A military force, at the command of Congress, can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional; for they will possess the power, and jealousy will instantly inspire the inclination, to resist the execution of a law which appears to them unjust and oppressive."
--Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution (Philadelphia 1787)

Or is Trump goading Democrats?  So far, Trump is running unopposed.  House Democrats are in the headlines but Democratic candidates are not.

Democrats want to litigate the last election but impeachment will allow Republicans to actually litigate the last election.  Don't forget that the Clinton campaign was ground zero for opening a counter intelligence investigation of the Trump campaign.

Hillary Clinton could likely be testifying before the Senate during the general election.  And testimony before the Senate as part of an impeachment trial isn't the same as testifying before some investigative committee.

So, Russia's meddling in our election is OK?
And Trump's Bromance with Putin is Kosher?

China, Iran, Democrats, liberals, Leftist, Muslins, Islam, Russia (a little), Commies, Fascists, and Socialists are the bad guys, but, Trump is the "Anointed One"?

How long is your list of the "bad doers"?

By the time Mueller is done even the gop may demand Trump's impeachment...

And this morning, you woke up to the reality that the Great Mueller and his rather awesome testimony did absolutely nothing towards impeachment.

Democrats had every bit of information from the Great Mueller BEFORE he testified. Nothing, absolutely nothing, was learned new yesterday.

Democrats couldn't get themselves together enough to vote for impeachment BEFORE the Great Mueller's testimony, and now you think the Democrats grew balls overnight and will impeach NOW?

Hilarious!

Several long-standing Republicans have broken from the GOP due to its turn to corruption, colliding of Russia and involvement with protecting the career criminal Trump. Some in Congress are beginning to peel away from this
pathological liar.

During the Nixon Era, Nixon managed to get re-elected, then was forced to resign when the "Audio Tapes" surfaced.
Trump is facing a similar future. However, he may be facing PRISON.256

I do not have much hope for Mueller changing anything tomorrow after listening to all the soft-pedaling that was occurring on the cable news shows today. All I heard were excuses for why Mueller can't cope. From DOJ's "heavy hand" imposed at the curtain call, to Bob Woodward who can't relate this case to narrowly to Watergate, to Mueller simply being bored with the possibilities of what will come at him-such that he may plead the fifth!

Once again, the system is falling down on its only job: Truth, justice, being the 'American way.'

Hey what is that sound I hear? Oh, that's just other nations laughing at us for telling them how to be morally superior.

There is no cause to impugn this man's character or his age. Indeed, there are many, many, elderly people in Washington, D.C. working, it appears well beyond their prime years - including Donald Trump. Thank God for "mop-up" staff members.

That said, Mueller bought the goods and tools necessary to carry this process forward - whatever comes next!

The man clearly is not showy. And it was plain to see that he dodged and deflected every attempt to read or chat it up with the committee on either side.

The testimony was solid, and he directs the committee members to read the report! And for Congress to follow its action items - Mueller's best work is all in the report.

Since I didn't impugn anything, you are barking up the wrong tree.

And yet, Democrats still wanted to trot him out in  fancy dog-and-pony show.

We had every single bit of information there was. Absolutely nothing new presented yesterday.

Time for Democrats to shit or get off the pot. Impeach or please stop braying about it. Look, we know they don't have the balls to do it. They just voted against it--before the disastrous day yesterday.

Okay, cute. Did you have the information about Donald still being investigated. I ask because it seems to have caught everybody else with surprise and some alarm! In which case that would be "breaking news"!

As for what to do on the pot: All in due time - all in due time. In addition, I agree with you, democrats - stop signaling so far out ahead of time what you strategy is. It's dumb and 'criminals' scat for cover or somebody to 'wipe' themselves clean on.

Didn't Mueller state that other departments are actively working other areas (may be even your area of interest)? It was hard to understand that 'concern' because it usually came at the end of five minute rounds or Mueller would say it was not in his purview, or he would discreetly sat quietly blinking back at the questioner.
