'Don The Con, You're Fired!' Trump Gets A Blunt Message At His Own Rally

President  Donald Trump  got an unexpected message at  his own rally  on Wednesday night after protesters unfurled a banner as he was speaking.

“Don the Con, you’re fired!” said the banner unfurled at the event in Battle Creek, Michigan, as the House voted to impeach the president.

Trump demanded that the protesters be removed, although he seemed to notice only one of them ― perhaps because she was giving him the double bird as she was escorted out.

Or, as Trump later called it, “a horrible gesture with the wrong finger.”

A second protester waved his hat as he left, but Trump appeared fixated on the woman.

“Get her out,” he said. “Get her out of here.”

The crowd booed and chanted “USA!” as the protesters were escorted out.

Trump called the woman “a real slob” and “a disgusting person,” and he said, “She’ll get hell when she gets back home with Mom.”

Then he complained that security officers at the event were “so politically correct” and didn’t grab her by the wrists as they took her out.

“You gotta get a little bit stronger than that, folks,” he griped as the crowd cheered.

Trump also  complained of “politically correct” security  at an event last week when a woman entered a pen near the stage with a banner reading “Grabbing power back.”

She also gave him the finger.

If not for Trump's ineffectiveness and ability to lead, we wouldn't have any power at all. He handed us Congress all tied up with a pretty bow.

Yeah, and what the Dems currently have they most likely lost as of this month.

Doesn't matter. I don't give a shit if he again delivers ridiculous promises not kept. I don't care if he continues to lie and then deny he's said what has been videotaped. I don't give a rat's ass if he does gather his ignorant minions and wins another election. Don't care. He's been proven to be the traitorous nincompoop that he is. The asterisk next to 45* will be his legacy. His archives will be filled with his hateful rancorous tweets. His archives will be filled with his public videotaped and audiotaped lechery for his own daughter. His archives will be filled with obvious reliance on the willful and no-so-willful ignorance of his supporters.

Trump has ridiculed his supporters for the entire three years and he's depended on their ignorance to pander to what they want to hear. The second he said he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and still get votes, he was calling his supporters stupid. If Obama had said that during his campaign, I would know that was an indication of narcissism and I would take it as a person affront that he would think that I, as his supporter, would condone such action. I wouldn't have voted for Obama if Obama thought I was that stupid.

Don't give a shit what he pulls and who he fools next. Idiots will be idiots and most of his supporters are idiots.

That meeting was organized by the Armenian National Committee of America, Western Region, to celebrate the passage of legislation recognizing the Armenian genocide and get information on the legislation. It wasn't a 'political' townhall.

I can't help but wonder if you would be just as 'entertained' by liberals protesting when Republican speaks at the Jewish Federations of North America.

Today, we happen to need some budget decisions to avoid a government shutdown. Believe it or not, that's more important.

And since McConnell and Graham have already stated that they will violate their oaths to be impartial jurors, Pelosi rightly wants to delay to see what can be done to get them to do their fucking jobs.

Apparently, utter disdain for oaths and the Constitution is now a general trait of GOP officials, not just limited to Trump. They are piss poor Americans.

Heartland, every time I see you and your commentary, I merely shrug because it's what you rely upon and to each his own. However, I do worry that you have children and you seem to spend more time here than with those children you adopted and fostered and now care for. While I commend you that you foster children, I hope you realize they have come from difficult circumstances. When the government gets involved in family issues and takes those children away for neglect, they need more care and love and support than ever. I hope you ultimately spend more time with them than you do spreading rhetoric from an unreliable and conspiracy driven website as you do on this forum.

Regarding Breitbart:

[Brietbart was] [s]elf- conceived  as set in opposition to what it derided as the “political correctness” of “social justice warriors” on the left, the alt-right was deeply influenced by  chan culture  in particular; trolling (the art of tricking people to get a rise or reaction out of them) and the widespread use of racist and homophobic slurs were cultural phenomena within the alt-right driven by the anonymity of the communities in which its proponents had come of age.

Don't need to be close to know this. In his book, he berated his "white grandmother" and was a proud member of Reverend Wright's black theology liberation church. Only reason why he condemned the "Reverend" is because he had to.

He thinks Biden is an idiot (he is), but picked him as a VP just to get the white vote, because he HAD to have it.

Similar thing will happen with whoever gets the dem nomination. Whoever it is will pick a minority simply to get the black vote. They know Trump has 35 percent support of the black vote now. To them it's all about race.

Got any proof he didn't? According to IIM, if one is innocent, they don't have to prove their innocence. They just get to sit back and see if they're found guilty. Well, he was found guilty with the documentation produced. So Trumplethinskin chose to keep all documentation that would exonerate him of all claims because ... well ... he didn't have to.

They know Trump has 35 percent support of the black vote now.

I tried to confirm this, but I could not.  The latest poll I could find (Gallup 11/20/19) states it is at 10%, remaining steady.  Can you give me a more recent poll that says it is at 35%?

Here you go,

The new  Emerson poll  puts Trump at 35 percent with black voters and 38 percent with Hispanics. “If you add in Asian voters at 28 percent approval,” notes Emerson’s director of polling Spencer Kimball, “our number is very close to the new Marist poll,” which finds Trump’s approval at 33 percent among non-white voters.  A recent RasmussenReports poll has Trump support among black voters at 34 percent, and even  the new CNN poll  has Trump’s approval among non-white voters at 26 percent.

First of all, Newsday is known for its bias.  Second of all, it was an opinion piece.  So I went to the Emerson site and could not find the poll you referenced.  I'd like to see the sample size and margin of error.  It is strange to me that polls have a very steady number and then you have a couple of polls with a 300% increase in favorability. Honestly, it sounds like an outlier.  Let's wait for a few more polls.

Sigh........Not unexpected, you couldn't even find it in the first place and now you are complaining because you can't dismiss it. Do your own research in the future, or remain ignorant of current polling.  So can you not find the CNN poll or the rassmussen poll that supports it either? It wasn't a 1 off but hey, The source who didn't do the polls and only linked to them doesn't meet your standard so we can just bury our head in the sand.....Amazing.

Yes, newsday is bias.............

LEFT-CENTER BIAS
These media sources have a slight to moderate liberal bias.  They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes) to favor liberal causes.  These sources are generally trustworthy for information, but may require further investigation. See all Left-Center sources.

Overall, we rate Newsday Left-Center Biased based on editorial positions that moderately favor the left. We also rate them High for factual reporting due to proper sourcing and a clean fact check record.

if you read my comment, I discussed the differences between this ad other polls.
And as I clearly stated, this wasn't a one off, there are 3 other polls that are reporting the same basic info, both right, (rassmussen) and left (CNN)
Also, I am not saying it is wrong; I am saying lets wait and see.  This I can agree with, The media frequently lies and or withholds information,   Like the report that the US government has been lying to us about the war in Afghanistan, because it includes 8 Years of Obama you can read that almost.....Nowhere.

Got any proof he didn't?

Come on, you're smarter than that. You know the person making the claim should be able to prove it.

Perhaps I was giving too much credit than what is due here.

When on trial, it is on the prosecution to prove the case. The accused doesn't have to do a thing.

See, I COULD say that Hillary pimped her daughter out to her own husband, but that doesn't make it true, and I strongly suspect you would demand proof of such a scurrilous claim. And rightly so.

That's all I'm doing here.

Good for him. It's good to know with that asterisked impeached next to his name, history will have to have a clearinghouse for his juvenile tweets, his lying about incidents that had been videotaped, his lechery for his daughter and his payoff to mistresses.

I'm curious though. Perhaps you have an answer. If he's innocent and has the documentation to prove it and the witnesses to prove it, why has no one come forward? If he's not guilty, he sure as hell appears guilty. He could have testified. He could have allowed others to testify on his behalf. He could have turned over the documentation he says he has that prove his innocence. And why hasn't Giuliani brought forth all the evidence he has on the Bidens? Wouldn't this be an ideal time to turn documents over?

Only guilt has to be proven.

Since Trump refuses to let anyone testify to his innocence, since he's refused to hand over the document from the secret server, since he's refused to cooperate himself or allowed anyone else to cooperate with the investigation, then he's at the mercy of the evidence provided. He brought this upon himself.

It's akin to someone being charged with murder because there is fingerprint/dna evidentiary documentation and yet refusing to provide work records to prove you were someplace else at the time the murder was committed. If one refuses to help themselves, then the process proceeds the only way it can.

So why do you think that Trump won't provide proof of his innocence when he claims he has scads of it?

Trump recognizes separation of powers and appealed to the courts to settle differences/disputes between the two other branches and the House impeached him for it.  The defense owes the prosecution nothing.  It’s on the prosecution to prove guilt. Otherwise presumption of innocence prevails.

Why regurgitate such nonsense when all of those right wing claims have been proven false? The Republican appointed Lois Lerner used key words to flag 501 c3's and c4's that might not be eligible which included both right wing and left wing names such as "progressive," "occupy," "Israel," "open source software," and "medical marijuana", and there is zero evidence Obama ever even knew how Lerner was vetting those applying for tax exempt status.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRS_targeting_controversy

" Gunwalking ", or " letting guns walk ", was a tactic used by the Arizona U.S. Attorney's Office and the Arizona Field Office of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ( ATF ), which ran a series of sting operations between 2006 (started under Bush) and 2011 in the Tucson and Phoenix area where the ATF "purposely allowed licensed firearms dealers to sell weapons to illegal straw buyers, hoping to track the guns to Mexican drug cartel leaders and arrest them".

"On the evening of December 14, 2010, U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry and others were patrolling Peck Canyon, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, 11 miles (18 km) from the Mexican border. The group came across five suspected illegal immigrants. When they fired non-lethal beanbag guns, the suspects responded with their own weapons, leading to a firefight. Terry was shot and killed; four of the suspects were arrested and two AK-pattern rifles were found nearby . The Attorney General's office was immediately notified of the shooting incident by email. The rifles were traced within hours of the shooting to a Phoenix store involved in the Fast and Furious operation, but the bullet that killed Terry was too badly damaged to be conclusively linked to either gun.

In your world, do people who do absolutely nothing wrong often apologize and admit that they did?

They apologized for the IRS nonsense because mistakes were made, they shouldn't have been using key word searches based on politics at all whether left or right. They did NOT apologize only to Republicans or ever admit that Obama or anyone else in his administration knew how Lerner was vetting the c3's and c4's. On top of that, the tax exempt status for the c3's and c4's were supposed to be non-political which is the law and the only reason Lerner thought to use such key word searches. The statutory language of IRC 501(c)(4) generally requires civic organizations described in that section to be "operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare".

How did dishonest Republicans frame this? They proclaimed loudly, and still often shout about how "Republicans" and "Conservatives" were targeted by the IRS! They proclaim Obama was behind it and it was an attack on all tax payers, which of course is TOTAL bullshit. And then when the administration investigated and apologize for the few mistakes made but said there was no instructions from the white house and that both left and right groups were targeted they got drowned out by conservatives and Republicans shouting "SEE! They admitted it! They did it! They used the IRS for political motives!". Just more bullshit only bought by the most brainless and least educated. It's rather sad to see that there is apparently such a large group of witless morons out there that keep buying this right wing hogwash narrative about it being some Obama conspiracy. If they want to complain about something Obama actually did that they have an issue with, like the extra-judicial killing on an American terrorist on foreign soil, then fine, let's have that debate. But to constantly have to debunk these bullshit narratives gets exhaustive, which I'm sure is what they are hoping for, to just wear down those still willing to stand up for truth and facts.

No, but they provide proof that they did nothing wrong. They ask for witnesses to be called that can prove they did nothing wrong. They provide complete and unaltered documentation to prove they did nothing wrong.

Where's Giuliani with all that proof from Ukraine? Why isn't anyone helping Trump?

Only an idiot would believe that the IRS admitted to doing something wrong, apologized for it, and yet somehow still insist that the IRS did nothing wrong.

Only an idiot would claim the IRS only targeted conservatives. Anyone with more than half a brain who reads the facts of the case can easily see what the Republican appointed director of the EOU was trying to do and why and it had ZERO to do with political motives and everything to do with attempting to make her job easier by red flagging those c3's and c4's with names that would indicate they were not being "operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare" as the tax exempt status required.

The IRS apologized because they should not have been using such a method, even though they didn't actually end up denying ANY conservative or liberal group their tax exempt status.

So anyone who doesn't have their heads firmly stuck in the sand or up Donald Trumps voluminous rectum can easily see the supposed IRS scandal was a nothing burger. The only ones still beating such a fake dead horse are those who likely still believe Obama was born in Kenya, that airplane chemtrails are somehow controlling peoples minds and that the earth is only 9,000 years old and is completely flat.

One cannot prove a negative, but one can certainly testify that what is being claimed was impossible because [reason]. Then why does Trump not cooperate? What's he afraid of? Let those testify that there's "nothing." He only appears guilty because he refuses to cooperate. Hell, if someone could testify to your innocence, wouldn't you let that proceed? I don't see where anyone here is claiming that. But it is undeniable that they did target conservatives.

You might have had a valid point there except for one little bitty thing. No conservative groups were denied, or so we have been told. So targeting was completely unnecessary or warranted.

The IRS apologized because they should not have been using such a method, even though they didn't actually end up denying ANY conservative or liberal group their tax exempt status.

So even you admit the IRS did something wrong--which is what I have claimed. Good to see I have finally convinced you. Whew!

I find it rather humorous that the Repubs said Trump would NEVER be impeached. Now that he has been legally impeached, and now one of 3 U.S. presidents that have been impeached, and it is now a matter of U.S. history forever, they are trying their best to find another way to try to negate what has happened.

Whether or not Trump is removed from office makes no difference to the fact that he has been impeached, and will forever remain a part of America's sad history.

The stain of Trump's impeachment on both him, and out country, will never be removed, no matter how hard the right tries.

And IMHO, the ones who are to blame for this debacle are the Republicans themselves. Trump was always obviously unfit for the job, a job he really did not want in the first place. But, once thrown into the Oval office, and fed the adulation of being the leader of one of the most powerful countries in the world, they used Trump as a puppet President and led him down the the path to his own destruction.

Trump himself was used as much as he used others. His 'advisers' were mostly incompetent themselves, and those who were knowledgeable and experienced and could have led him in the right direction were soon tossed out by those who were afraid of losing control over him.

In short, Trump has no one to blame for his ultimate impeachment but himself, and those who led him down a path they soon could not control.

No...I don't feel sorry for Trump, but, I also don't blame him alone for what will forever be his stain on American history. And McConnell, being the primary puppet master, is most to blame for a large part of what Trump will be have to bear for for the rest of his life. And Trump's  young Son will have to live in the shadow of the shame his Father has brought to America for his lifetime as well.

This is my own opinion. If you don't like it, that is on you, not me. I will not respond to any hate fests or gang banging from those who have supported the wrongful use of someone as mentally and emotionally weak as Trump's ego.

Actually, what's typical (and I'm not here often), is that you see things in comments that aren't there. That seems to be a common malady for some of the right. Is it because Trump says people say things they don't say, Trump says things he said he didn't say although they're videotaped, and that Trump tells outrageous lies because he thinks no one will fact check him because he's the king? Well, he thinks he's a king because I see him every morning at the bottom of my throne after my morning coffee.
