In a video posted to Twitter late Monday, Gabbard offered a grim prognosis for Democrats on the presidential race.

In 2020, we will have a new president in the White House. How many of you do NOT want that to be Donald Trump? I certainly don't. Unfortunately, the House impeachment of the president has greatly increased the likelihood Trump will remain the president for the next 5 years …   pic.twitter.com/FRRlbWHyo7
— Tulsi Gabbard (@TulsiGabbard)   December 31, 2019

Presidential candidate Rep.   Tulsi Gabbard   (D-HI) is sounding off on the impeachment of President Donald Trump — for which she voted present. The Hawaii representative says that impeachment has “greatly increased” the chances of a Trump 2020 victory.

In a video posted to Twitter late Monday, Gabbard offered a grim prognosis for Democrats on the presidential race.

“In 2020, we will have a new president in the White House. How many of you do NOT want that to be Donald Trump? I certainly don’t. Unfortunately, the House impeachment of the president has greatly increased the likelihood Trump will remain the president for the next 5 years,” the congresswoman wrote, in the caption to her video.

Gabbard went on to say, “we all know that Trump is not going to be found guilty and removed from office by the U.S. Senate. It’s not going to happen.”

The Hawaii representative further stated that Republicans have a better chance to win back the House in 2020, and retain the Senate, as a result of the impeachment.

“This is going to be a disaster for our country,” the congresswoman said.

Watch above, via Twitter.

Tulsi Gabbard is an enemy within the gates for Democrats. She belongs to the faction of the left that includes Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, Glenn Greenwald, and others who want to destroy the establishment political parties and replace them with something more libertarian/anarchist.  Gabbard is a very ambitious, self-centered individual who is using her celebrity as a Democratic presidential candidate to advance something quite different.

She may run for president as an independent and if Trump wins she will get a cabinet position as her reward.

Yep, I think the lady pretty much sums up how reality will play out next November. She seems to be, from all I've seen and heard about her, the only sane candidate in the bunch.

The political fall out from this shameful sham and scam will be deep and long lasting for the Democrats. They have painted their sorry asses into the corner with no one to come to rescue them.

The voters have long memories and won't be at all forgiving next fall. The lefties have gone off the deep end, and the electorate wants nothing to do with their socialist agenda.

I think its more likely that impeachment will hurt Trump politically than help him.  He will lose his shit every day like he already does, and that is NOT going to win him votes.

People who have rightfully decided that Donald Trump is an asshole who is not fit for office are not going to change their minds about that fact just because Trump is being impeached.

If being impeached could turn Trump into a better human being there might be something to the idea that it will help him in the election, but of course, that is not what is going on here.

According to many of the polls you have posted over the course of Trump's term, Trump's level of support has remained rather steady.

You also claim Trump loses his shit every day, so how will his continuing to do so hurt him when it hasn't already?

People who have rightfully decided that Donald Trump is an asshole who is not fit for office are not going to change their minds about that fact just because Trump is being impeached.

And conversely, people who have rightfully decided that Donald Trump is ok are not going to change their minds because the Democrats engaged in an impeachment effort for over 2 years.

Nonsense....Trump appears to be the second Teflon president...the first being Clinton.
Bubba Bill became even more popular after his impeachment, and Trump appears to be doing the same thing.
This whole sorry mess is hurting the Democrats way more than it will end up hurting Trump.
It appears the lefties picked the wrong New Yorker to pick on...this one fights back!
Who'da thought?

Better human being?  I seriously doubt it.  He will blow up twitter with a rant that would set off every seismograph in the country.  He will whine and cry and try to get on any TV show that will be stupid enough to let him go on the air. If no one will book him, he will take whatever election funds are left and buy the air time himself.   He might even try to get Hannity to let him be his co host where it will become all about him with Hannity laying in a shit load of chap stick.

Long after impeachment started, in other words within the past week or so, 48% of voters told pollsters that they will not vote for Donald trump under any circumstances.

He's not fit to hold office, any office. People know that, and will not change their minds about that because he is being impeached and he wants people to feel sorry for him.

Trump doesn't have to have more, does he? Didn't he win with about that percentage of support already?

He won the election with about 46% of the vote. he knew how to run a campaign.

So your girl Nancy Pelosi lied then when she said impeachment has been going on for over 2 years?

You misunderstood my sentence, the poll where 48% of voters said they will not vote for Trump under any circumstances took place in the past week or two, long after impeachment began.  I hope the rephrasing helps you.

See 1.1.7

Trump (or anyone else for that matter) doesn't need that 48% to actually win.

Trump already proved it.

Now, if you have a poll that shows that 48% of people who voted for Trump in 2016 won't vote for him again, you'd really have something valid.

Neither are the Democrats, no matter where they are or what office they are running for. They have been trying to overturn an election since Trump won.  The Democrats are so afraid to face Trump with a strong economy in a fair and open election that they have to remove him from office by any means necessary, even if illegal.

So we are left will two horrendous choices again. Trump, or the seditious, treasonous, power mad Democrats. Don't be shocked when people vote Trump again as the lesser of two evils.

Yes, so say the progressives who don't even want her on the debate stage. Her warning is real and only those who wanted to smear the President with impeachment so desperately that they would risk everything the way they did. Trump supporters have been energized by impeachment - we will do it again!

Gabbard is a very ambitious, self-centered individual who is using her celebrity as a Democratic presidential candidate to advance something quite different.

She is honest and there is no room in the democratic party for honesty.

She may run for president as an independent and if Trump wins she will get a cabinet position as her reward.

By her own words, she called a Trump victory "a disaster."

So anybody who dosen't tow the party line is a traitor?  The same lesson learned by a lot of black democrats

Donald Trump is a pathological liar who is not fit for ANY public office.

Pro-Trump propagandists run the risk of going down in history in the same breath as Baghdad Bob and other delusionalists.

Counterproductive John. You keep saying that and you only build support for Trump.

Progressive haters will definitely go down in history along side a New York Times "journalist" by the name of Walter Duranty. I'll bet you never heard of him.

You say that like it's a bad thing. Is the current political power structure working so well for everyone that it needs to be left in place with no changes?

I think it's hard to say because the people who craft the head-to-head versus Trump predictions for the election don't even look beyond the top three or four candidates. The media and the DNC are determined to focus everyone's attention on Biden/Sanders/Warren and hope we will all disregard anyone else who is running.

Impeachment Has ‘Greatly Increased’ Chances Trump Will Win In 2020

Of course it has.  The whole clusterfuck revealed that the Democrats have absolutely NOTHING to run on this election cycle.  They have spent all their time trying to make up reasons a duly elected President should be impeached and ignored the people who they are supposed to represent.
