China expert Gordon Chang warns: China’s Communist Party is trying to collapse the US economy
Chang says the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is running a global propaganda campaign to sink the U.S. economy and to get the world to blame the United States for causing the coronavirus, which originated in Wuhan, China. Predictably, anti-Trump leftists and their media minions are rabidly parroting CCP talking points on social media and on television because they think it will hurt Trump. “The Communist Party is very sensitive about its secrecy — that it covered up the virus,” Chang told...

Chang is right.  China is a clear and present danger to the USA and our way of life.  When we recover we need to stand up to their propaganda and their economic attacks.

Attorney Gordon Chang, an internationally-recotnized expert on China, warned that China’s Communist Party has launched an aggressive propaganda campaign aimed at crashing the American economy and blaming the United States for the  Wuhan coronavirus .

Chang, who’s Chinese-American, is a bestselling author and senior fellow at the Gatestone Institute. He previously lived and worked in mainland China and Hong Kong for 20 years.

“The Communist Party is very sensitive about its secrecy — that it covered up the virus,” Chang told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs. “The Chinese people have really been calling for fundamental political change. That ignited the Chinese population against the Communist Party.”

He continued: “So what the Party is trying to do is find an enemy. That enemy is the United States. They have come up with these dangerous claims that the U.S. Army spread the coronavirus to Wuhan.”

Gordon Chang added: “The political system in China has identified the U.S. as an enemy. And that’s why it’s important for President Trump to make it clear this virus came from China.”

He pointed out:  “I’m a Chinese-American. I don’t see any racism in what President Trump is trying to do. What I see is a president defending the United States of America against a dangerous, hostile, communist regime.”

Lou Dobbs asked: “Do you think this reached a point where it’s endangering the historic trade deal the President put together with Xi Jinping?”

Chang replied: “Yes. Yesterday, China attacked the dollar in a very rhetorical op-ed piece in the Global Times. Today, they are suggesting that the world is going into a depression because of the U.S. So they are now trying to collapse the American economy.”  This week, China expelled American journalists from the New York Times, the Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal from its country. Chang said this is part of the Communist Party’s propaganda campaign.

“What the Party is trying to do is cover up a number of things, including the origin of this virus. So, it doesn’t want more journalists in China,” he explained.

Gordon Chang continued:  “There are so many Chinese ‘journalists’ in the United States — many more than Americans in China. We know that the Chinese ‘journalists’ here are actually part of the Ministry of Chinese State Security. They are essentially spies.”

He added: “The U.S. has to do something about this. And so, I’m very glad the Secretary of State has taken some robust measures to protect us with regard to these quote-unquote journalists here.”

By the way, why did this Chinese “journalist” from CBS News never identify the White House official who supposedly referred to the Wuhan coronavirus as “Kung-Flu?”

Many on Twitter suggested that Weijia Jiang is the Asian version of fake-crime hoaxer Jussie Smollett.   Countless Twitter users urged Weijia Jiang to identify the alleged White House official by name. After all, it’s not like left-wing “journalists” don’t breathlessly leak anti-Trump rumors all the time.  Oops. Remember the left-wing outrage when CNN called it the “Chinese coronavirus?” Neither do we.

Gordon Chang is a great American.  We must be certain to give positive feedback to all Americans here now who put the interests of their adopted country over that of the one they came from as described in their citizenship oaths.

In what way is the USA Gordon's "adopted country"?  He was born in New Jersey in 1951.

He is widely known for his book The Coming Collapse of China (2001), in which he wrote that the hidden nonperforming loans of the " Big Four " Chinese state banks would likely bring down China 's financial system and its communist government. [2]

We are still awaiting the collapse of the Chinese government, are we not?

Well, Gatestone Institute, say no more.

We are aware that the American political left has tended to parrot and support the Chinese Communist Party propaganda over the word of other Americans including our own administration that is busy fighting this Chinese import virus and preserving our economic future.

Our government is handling this situation well in a completely competent manner. With the aggressive anti America propaganda coming from the virus source, communist China, soon the mainstream media and the public will support either our elected government or China’s dictatorship with no other alternatives

Trump doesn't need Chinese help to weaken the US and The Western democracies.  Trump is owned by Putin.

Haven't you heard? The whole Russia thing is over--just another failed attempt by some radical leftists to negate the 2016 election.

The left is so in bed with China that they created the Russia crisis to prevent us and Russia from  having better relations.

Fox News and Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo warned that the effect of the coronavirus crisis on the way America does business spells “bad news” for China.

The host of  “Sunday Morning Futures” spoke about moving the supply chain back to America during an appearance on “America’s Newsroom” with host Sandra Smith on Thursday.

(Source: Fox News)

With the global pandemic wreaking havoc on Wall Street, and a decision this week to shut down the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange, inevitable changes in American production will certainly have a negative effect on China, Bartiromo contended.

The “Mornings with Maria” host explained that even parts of the U.S. government are dependent on Chinese products and that needs to change as a more “America first” mentality emerges.

“We need to change that mentality, we need to make sure the production is happening in American and our own vital institutions, that really they are probably the bulk of buying when it comes to health care products, in the government, they need to start buying American as well,”  she said.

“There is going to be a major shift on the part of corporate America as well as government agencies to focus on production in America,” Bartiromo continued.

“That’s why I think this crisis, over the long term, is gonna be bad news for China because American companies are not going to trust that China will keep to their contracts,” she said, adding that the U.S. will be “much more prepared” in doing business with the communist nation in the future.

Earlier, Bartiromo praised White House trade advisor Peter Navarro for “doing a great job.”

“He really called this from the get-go,” she said, explaining how he “called it” last month during an appearance on her show, saying there would be supply shortages to come.

“And he also talked about the efforts coming out of the White House to move the supply chain back to America, away from China,” she said, calling it a “major issue.”

She also discussed the temporary shift to all electronic trading at the New York Stock Exchange after an NYSE staffer and a trader had both tested positive for COVID-19.

“When I was on the exchange during the ’90s…you were 5,000 people on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange distributed throughout five rooms,” she said.

“Today there are a couple of hundred. A couple of hundred is too many in terms of having people together,” Bartiromo added.

“It was a smart move and it definitely will, in my opinion, change the way we live and work together for a long time,” she told Smith. “A lot of these things that we are doing right now, working from home, changing our behaviors, these don’t go away overnight.”

“I think you’re going to see a fundamental change in the way we operate in terms of business and individuals after we have gone through this crisis,” Bartiromo said.

The fallout from the coronavirus crisis is threatening the recent U.S.-Chinese trade deal and China has been lashing out, push a conspiracy theory blaming the U.S. for the outbreak of the disease which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan.

China announced Tuesday that it was kicking out U.S. journalists, in an apparent retaliation for the State Department’s decision earlier in the month to limit the number of Chinese media employees.......
