SF Dispensary Starts Selling Eighths Of Cannabis For $1
Barbary Coast dispensary and lounge has the offer

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

San Francisco's Barbary Coast Dispensary and Lounge is offering quite the discount as a way of showing compassion in these tough times. They've marked down eighths of cannabis (one eighth of an ounce) of the usually $75 Sherbinskis' Acai Berry indoor flower to just...$1.

SFGate   reports   that the dispensary won't ask for proof of need, but hopes an honor system will work - essentially saying that if you're experiencing financial hardships right now they're there for you.

The promotion is a joint one between Barbary Coast & Sherbinskis and the hope is that it provides relief during this crisis.

fuck. I never got invited upstairs and until now I didn't even know they had a VIP lounge. saw a lot of shows at Tulagi's in the 70's, can't remember any of them, except for Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks. used to buy $90 pounds on the hill and then try out the product in the cemetery behind it on the grave with the poppy marker. back then the hill was an open air flea market for weed and any other drug you wanted. we learned real quick to look for the guys with military haircuts if we wanted any exotic products. they usually brought back the thai stick. cost them a nickel apiece in thailand and they sold it for $20 a stick. bought the last one off a zoomie once and he gave us the baggie of shake along with it because we started whining it was damaged. we got our blonde lebanese hash from the squids, or grunts back from germany, at $20 a 1/4. if you had a clear head and an eye for faces there were rock stars hanging around there everywhere. the good 'ol days.

I'm not sure about the second part of your statement, but you're correct about the first part. A number of states have deemed liquor store essential businesses due to the number of active alcoholics. Therefore, the stores are open for health reasons. Here are 2 of many examples:

Oh come on "Jasper" I provided several links which state quite clearly that the average attention span

of a human is 8 -9 seconds.

Very serious, very factual, very marketing oriented ( that's advertising language ) people with PHD's in

the psychology of "marketing"
