The Governor Of Georgia May Be The Dumbest Person On Earth

His name is Brian Kemp. You may remember him - he's the guy who had a campaign ad of him with a shotgun , saying he would round illegal immigrants up himself.

Well anyway, Governor Kemp, of Georgia, closed down non essential businesses in his state today, based on what he called new information. Seems that he learned in the past 24 hours that asymptomatic people can spread the coronavirus, and no one in his office had known that before.

Sad to say, for the voters of Georgia who are now free to feel ashamed he is their governor, and infinitely more sadly for those Georgians who may die because of his stupidity, it has been known and publicized FOR MANY WEEKS , around the world, that people without symptoms could and do spread the disease.

I urge all independents and liberals in backward states to follow established safe protocols in this pandemic.

So Georgia's 'top doctor' JUST learned about the 'game changer' that everybody else knew about over a month ago? That must make Georgia residents feel safe.

At least our Republican governor has a brain. He shut down non-essential businesses last week and dining rooms in restaurants the week before that.

Florida and Georgia should take a clue from Arkansas

Not sure "better late than never" works in these circumstances.

Do we know when this "Never" actually started ? jrSmiley_26_smiley_image.gif

Yeah, you're going to have to rephrase that question.  My Google "right wing" to "English" translator isn't working.

Dumbest person on earth?

normally I might ague the point, but....

Georgia’s secretary of state and  candidate for state governor in the midterm election , Brian Kemp, has taken the unusual, if not unprecedented step of posting the personal details of 291,164 absentee voters online for anyone to download.

Kemp’s office posted an Excel file on its website  within hours of the results of the general election, exposing the names and addresses of state residents who mailed in an absentee ballot — including their reason why, such as if a person is “disabled” or “elderly.”

This isn't his first rodeo, lol.

You mean he accidentally invited home invaders to visit these people.

isn't he the clown that wiped the state voting data after the 2016 election?

Kemp is the poster child for how either uninformed the right is, or how willing they are to lie.

Take your pick, or choose "C"... all the above.

I think he knew, and his state health director surely knew.  This is a rationale (insufficient by anyone's standards)  for not acting.

Of course his state health director knew. I know that our Secretary of Health has been monitoring the situation from the very beginning and advising the Governor. State health directors get daily updates from the CDC from the MMR...Morbidity and Mortality Report

OK, I looked at all the comments made by conservatives on this seed.  Not even ONE of them are about the governor of Georgia. Not even one.

Only warning. Off topic comments will be removed.

So, it's the messenger and not the message that's objectionable.
