Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the far right insurrectionist group The Oath Keepers has been convicted of seditious conspiracy for his involvement in Jan 6 by a jury verdict a few minutes ago.

Am confident the convictions will hold up under appeal.

None the less, I am flummoxed that these guys, or anyone for that matter, could succumb to simplistic chants such as, "Fight For Trump" or "Hang Mike Pence."

Could there be something about Trump that only the disadvantaged cranial can see?
