CNN Redefines Women As 'Individuals With A Cervix'

July 31, 2020 By Tristan Justice

CNN redefined women as "individuals with a cervix" in a tweet reporting on updated recommendations for cervical cancer screenings from the American Cancer Society Friday.

"Individuals with a cervix are now recommended to start cervical cancers screening at 25 and continue through age 65, with HPV testing every five years as the preferred method of testing, according to a new guidelines released by the American Cancer Society," CNN published.

The link to the story remained consistent in the tweet's descriptor which much more simply could have identified the individuals in question as "women."

CNN's post caught viral attention online featuring mockery of its extreme attempt at inclusion, and erasure of women in the process.

Transwomen are women but everyone with a cervix should get tested which may or may not include those with a front hole because men menstruate too.

Hi, Kathleen!

How many people sing the song "  I'll Take you home again, Kathleen"  to you??  It may not be safe to say this, but what do I care.

Anyway, I love it when the soldiers serenade Maureen O'Hara in the film, Rio Grande, with that song.   Sons of the Pioneers was a favorite group of mine even as a little girl.

I was weird then and I'm proud to say, I remain weird today.

Suppose we agree that a man can't have a cervix - which is nobody's fault, not even the Romans - but that he can have the right to have a cervix.
