Any race baiting or insults will be quickly removed. President Trump has done more for minorities in this country than the democrat party has in it's history.

Democrast have been all talk, no action and minorities are waking up. I'll be the first to admit that before Donald Trump the Republican party wasn't much different.

Action speaks volumes! Taking voters for granted does too. Those days are over.

When you call a minority racial epithets for supporting someone you don't like, what does that make you?

Black Lives Matter is a nice bumper sticker, Trump is making it a reality.

But why do any Black men — and let's be clear that it's a minority of Black men who feel this way — think Trump is more likely to pony up for them than Biden?

Because if the president is good at anything, it's making people feel heard. He’s a liar who expertly appeals to people's egos, fears and unfulfilled desires, making him an excellent salesman. Witness the millions of poor white people who turn out in droves during a pandemic to applaud him and his policies, even when those policies run afoul of their own interests.

I'd like to add this if I may:

"CNN commentator Van Jones on Friday gave unexpected praise of President Trump during a roundtable, arguing that the president should be recognized more for what Jones said are the beneficial things his administration has done for black Americans.

"... I get beat up by liberals every time I say it but I keep saying it, he has done good stuff for the Black community," Jones, who is black himself, said during the panel discussion. "Opportunity Zone stuff, black college stuff, I worked with him on criminal stuff, I saw Donald Trump have African-American people, [formerly] incarcerated, in the White House, embraced them, treated them well."

"There is a side to Donald Trump that I think he does not get enough credit for," added Jones, who once served as an adviser for Barack Obama.

The commentator during his remarks did express disappointment at Trump's recent comparison of himself to Abraham Lincoln. He also said that Trump's alleged "playing footsie on Twitter with ... white nationalists organizations" turns off many black voters to Trump's overall message.

"[T]hat's the tragedy of these mixed messages from the Trump White House," he argued."

For good "stuff" no one does or should criticize Donald, but being "CON-FI-DENCE MAN" I, we, criticize him everyday! And you should too! But, I won't hold my breath for that while you are enjoying your "banquet."

Trump got 8 percent of the black vote last time. I think it's possible he may get to 10 or 11 percent this time, simply because he incessantly tells people he is the greatest president for blacks in history. It is a drip drip like water torture. Nowhere near enough to win the election for him though.

Race baiting:  the unfair use of statements about race to try to influence the actions or attitudes of a particular group of people.

An example of it here:

President Trump has done more for minorities in this country than the democrat party has in it's history.

Perhaps you don't want to get into what the Democrat Party has and hasn't done for African Americans in the history of this country.

That never ends well for Democrats.   Then the liberal rationalizations and excuses start and yadda, yadda, yadda ....

Well, it's clear now that you are pointing to transactions done and "promissory notes" that we can dispense with this fake attack on the democratic party that they buy black votes. As it is clear, every political party comes to the table to get 'served' including republicans and sell its political wares to all voters!

Wow. That little "blurp" by Ice Cube is that it? Is that the whole interview, its context, or were we just 'served' the propaganda version? Curious. I know 'Cube' is upset, but I would like to see his plan and I would like to see the 500 Billion dollars signed into law first!

Incidentally, Ice Cube's aggression is interesting, but when did he become a political spokesman for the black masses of 'merica?! And What is in this "Contract with Black America" anyway? When did blacks agree to it? When did Cube present it to blacks for consideration?

"Why Trump is polling so well among African American Men?"

Well let's first define "so well".

One candidate has 60% of black men's support and nearly 80% of all black Americans.

The other candidate has close to 20% support of black men and support of about 10% of all black Americans.

Which candidate would you say is "polling so well" among African American men? The one with 60% support or the one barely hitting 20%?

Unless you're a total moron who is terrible at math the candidate that polls are showing is doing "so well" among African American men is Joe Biden. Just because Trump saw a bump from 15% to 20% doesn't reflect any sort of major shift and it's pretty sad that some on the right are cheering this news as if Republicans are making some huge gains among black Americans. Black Americans still overwhelmingly support Democrats, that's just a fact. Being in denial or getting all excited because of some polls showing a slight movement in your favor while still behind by more than 40 percentage points is just sad.

I am going to let them have their excitement over some blacks voting in the party. It will keep the democrats towing the line as well. However, why some percentage of black males and the like would choose to support a liar, a cheater, and a thief and accept his oaths is beyond me. We can do so much better.

Donald will be unbridled in a new term, perceiving it as a mandate to do more of the same or put another way, 'all that is in his heart."  That, in my opinion will be sad—for the nation and for us.

One more thing, while I am on the subject of "us." I am a little dismayed and distracted that critical thinking secularists in public or in the ranks of the independents are not sounding off more and more about what Donald Trump does not represent to fairness and logic. Well, it is nearly election time and we will see what the cast has formed!

Well, after watching Trump in action I would have to admit that many of the things he's done since becoming President were "gangster", so perhaps some see that and praise him for being a criminal who doesn't give a shit. In a way Trump has come onto the scene singing "Fuck the establishment", even though, like the police, the "establishment" has, in fact, been largely doing its job of keeping Americans safe and the economy going with few exceptions. Are there some bad apples? Of course, as there are within the police, and they should be rooted out as quickly as possible, but just like I don't support the extremist idea of defunding the police, I also don't support the extremist idea that all the 'establishment' has to go. Yes, bureaucracy can be a pain in the ass some times, but the alternative is essentially accepting authoritarian rule.

Trump is unconventional, he doesn't censor his constant ignorant opinion, he lies and exaggerates constantly both about the size of his wallet and about his 'skills' much like many 'gangsta' rappers have when expressing their braggadocio. Perhaps it's that appeal, that "Fuck you" clarion call that attracts some small minority of black men, it certainly appeals to a segment of young white men for the same reasons. They have built this almost Robin Hood fiction around Trump where he 'robs from the liberals' and gives to conservatives which is why no matter what laws he breaks, no matter how antigovernment he gets, his lawless base, and others who think the 'system' is against them, cheer him on.

Honestly, I expected more from discipline from "Hollywood' and 'street' on this one. Because this is not just about "cashing in" and it is not just about feeling "dissed" because somebody ain't go the time or is indecisive in the moment about going with a rapper's political insights.

Let's begin looking into this with the first "proposed bill" in Ice Cube's, Contract With Black America :

Bill to Guarantee Black Opportunity and Representation.

Adopt a plan of “Neo-Reconstruction” to redress past wrongs systematically imposed on Black Americans economically throughout many generations that has resulted in a “wealth gap” where the average White family has 10x the wealth of a Black Family. In addition to some of the economic initiatives listed below, also

formally apologize to Black Americans for past discrimination and slavery.

Additionally Black opportunity and representation will include: Affirmative Action in schools public and private ; per student funding in states on an equal basis instead of paid by local property taxes;

B lack representation on all government civil rights bodie s ; civil rights classes mandatory in elementary schools; Gerrymandering reform; additional polling places in Black and minority neighborhoods; Juneteenth to become a Federal holiday.

Sounds interesting, "do-able," and is it conservative enough for the Trump supporter base? Well, conservatives you tell us. Go or a wash-out?

Well, conservatives you tell us

They just want to use Ice Cube by giving him a crumb from the table instead of actually supporting the 'contract with black America'. The platinum plan looks nothing like the contract, it's basically just saying they will "invest" $500 billion in black communities, no actual addressing the wealth gap, no affirmative action, no civil rights classes, they want to throw some money at the black community to get its vote right before an election. The Democrats and the Biden campaign didn't reject Ice Cube, they simply said they wanted to meet with him after the election when they could actually hammer out some details set forth in the contract. If they had met with him and conceded to his demands during the campaign Republicans would just scream and shout claiming it was shameless pandering. Fox and conservatives got what they wanted from Ice Cube which was an easy to repeat quote critical of Democrats so you won't be hearing from Ice Cube again on Fox other than this clip which no doubt will get replayed over and over again to the delight of conservative racists everywhere who want to deflect and distract from the obvious systemic racism our nation still faces. They'll point to the clip and proclaim "See! We're not racist!" just like Trump did at his rally when he proclaimed “Look at my African-American over here. Look at him! Are you the greatest?”.

Article is factual.  According to The Idahoan Chronicle in an article last week the entire population of Black eligible voters of Crenshaw Ridge was polled.  50% of the respondents stated they were voting for Trump and the GOP ticket down the line.   The other one stated he was voting Blue.
