James Woods sums up what half of America, feeling like a fedup battered wife, wants to say in 3 words
In addition to being frustrated over the media, which proved to be President Trump’s true opponent, working feverishly to poison the minds of the American electorate on Biden’s behalf, conservatives faced outright censorship on Facebook and Twitter.

James Woods is right about everything he said.  He’s a great conservative spokes person.

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

The name Andrew Breitbart is surfacing a lot online in response to the tremendous frustration on the right over how this election played out.

Before his untimely death in 2012, Breitbart had established himself as the voice of the right, an intelligent, charismatic individual who wasn’t afraid to grab the lying, corrupt media by the scruff of its neck and say, “F*ck you!”

Breitbart’s voice is missed and there has been a void since his passing. One person who could potentially fill that role, outspoken actor James Woods, would be the first to tell you he’s not looking to take on such great responsibility. At the same time, his voice resonates on the right and the beloved actor was spot-on Sunday in capturing the frustrations so many are feeling.

Woods tweeted: “And just like that the rioting and looting has ceased overnight. And now half of the country that pummeled America like a battered wife is telling her to put on sunglasses, hide her black eye, be a good girl, and ‘come together as one.’ Her answer? ‘Go f*ck yourself.'”

In addition to being frustrated over the media, which proved to be President Trump’s true opponent, working feverishly to poison the minds of the American electorate on Biden’s behalf, conservatives faced outright censorship on Facebook and Twitter.

No one understands this better than Woods, who has been relentlessly targeted by Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s Orwellian censors.

Adding to the frustration, the same Democrats who spent the last four years calling Trump supporters racists and Nazis now have the audacity to call for “unity,” which is what Woods was commenting on.

Woods’ tweet echoes the sentiment of millions of his fellow Americans.

As for the nation coming together, Woods reminded followers of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s “Communist-style ‘enemies list'” — this being in response to a tweet from AOC talking about “archiving these Trump sycophants.”

Former first lady Michelle Obama also called for unity, though she was incapable of rising above the darkness in her heart.

Ignoring that the election is in flux, with a number of pending legal actions yet to be decided, Mrs. Obama offered her congratulations to Biden and running mate Kamala Harris and their call for unity — while reminding the nation “that tens of millions of people voted for the status quo, even when it meant supporting lies, hate, chaos, and division.”

Speaking of censorship, Woods saw another heavy-handed action from our Twitter overseers when he remarked on the millions of unsolicited mail-in ballots that have marred the 2020 election.

Taking note of “ballot harvesting,” a legal concept in California, where any thoughts about chain of custody integrity goes out the window, Woods said with Democrats in power, they will effectively create a one party “super-majority” in America.

Much like the media, Big Tech is invested in convincing America that everything is fine, that there’s nothing to see here and to keep moving along.

One thing we know for certain, a Republican presidential candidate will need to lead in far more than the four battleground states Trump lead in at one point on election night.

Slowly but surely, and as predictable as the rising sun, Biden overtook Trump in one Democrat-run state after another until Saturday’s rushed call by the very same media that carried the 77-year-old candidate, who may or may not be in early-stage senility, across the finish line.

As for the celebrations seen in the streets, Woods nailed that too.

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to Woods from Twitter:

In addition to being frustrated over the media, which proved to be President Trump’s true opponent,  ....

Trump was his own worst enemy.    Because of his asshole demeanor and his attempts to downplay the pandemic, Trump turned a recipe for reelection:  incumbency, great economy, content electorate into a narrow loss.    His reelection was winnable, even as a narcissistic asshole, but he thought more about himself (trying to get reelected) than the health of the American people.   By trying to downplay the pandemic (in a failed attempt to keep the psychology of the economy strong) he wound up sending horribly wrong messages which emboldened people to also not take this as seriously as they should.

Trump shot his own foot off.   He has only himself to blame.

Trump went to war with the media in 2016.   Although he was never going to be a darling of the media, he worsened the situation greatly.

My point was that he had major factors in his favor:

  • incumbency
  • great economy
  • content electorate

These factors alone would secure an election for pretty much anyone but he managed to blow this amazing electoral advantage with his narcissism, demeanor and trying to bullshit his way through the pandemic.

Can't disagree with that but anyone who can't see that the mass media was a close second in that regard, is only deluding themselves.

Yet Trump had the bully pulpit and a willing Fox giving him 24/7 media access to the voters. Trump took over the Covid task force 'briefings' and initially, every network carried the from start to finish. Instead of using those briefings help the country address the virus, Trump turned them into hour long infomercials filled with LIES. Only after he started spewing utterly cray cray crap did networks and the voters start tuning out. Once Trump's sycophants told him that he was doing HIMSELF more damage that good, Trump threw in the towel with the 'task force' and the briefings ended.

Fox and Friends facilitated hours of Trump 'phone ins', again filled with uncontested LIES. Hours of FREE campaign ads to Trump's base.

That doesn't even count the dozen or so 'press conferences' that he held.

The MSM reporting exactly what Trump said AND citing facts that refute the lies that he may have stated doesn't make the media Trump's enemy. It's ALL on him.

Trump went to war with the media my ass.   Beside, "journalists" are suppose to be above such things and you make excuses for them?   Sad.

Interesting that you left out the Pandemics effect on this election.     That doesn't happen, most thinking people believe he gets elected with no problem.   Even with all the voter fraud that is ultimately going to come out.   No doubt about it.    I think this is great.     A light is shining on elections in places it has never been shone before.   This isn't over and it's not going to end the way the left thinks no matter how loud they scream at the sky or push their disinformation.   Bank on it.

Or that the economy is teetering on a precipice because of it, or that the resistance movement has been fighting and rioting against Trumps policies from day one or that the mass media coverage of Trump since 2016 has been so biased against Trump you would have to be retarded or completely deluded to not see it.

Trump went to war with the media my ass.

Your 'ass' is not paying attention.   I suggest you use a different organ for analysis if you cannot recognize Trump's Fake News mantra and his continual attacks on the media.   Truly amazing that I even have to write this because I thought everyone on the planet knew at least this.

Or that the economy is teetering on a precipice because of it, ...

Strawman.   I did not say the economy is teetering on a precipice.   The economy in 2020 still has good fundamentals but the economy as felt by the people has been horrible.   Where have you been?   Do you not recognize that businesses are routinely failing and unemployment had soared?   We are just now getting closer to the unemployment of 3.5% of February 2020.    At 6.9% we are still almost double what was in place prior to COVID-19.

... or that the resistance movement has been fighting and rioting against Trumps policies from day one

You are focused on partisanship and that is not what I am referring to by 'content electorate'.  The opposing party will always oppose.  To understand 'content electorate', think back to the Carter days and the misery index.   That is what I am referring to.   Disregarding partisanship, personal lives of family and friends was good.   The electorate was content.    Carter lost primarily because the electorate was not content and that drove change.

... or that the mass media coverage of Trump since 2016 has been so biased against Trump you would have to be retarded or completely deluded to not see it.

Never suggested otherwise.   That does not change the fact that Trump has been at war with the media from the onset.   Again I am truly amazed that you cannot recognize Trump's 'Fake News' initiative.

Lol .... and content electorate?   Where have you been the last four years?

Yes, Sparty, before COVID-19 the local conditions for the electorate were good.   People were employed, there were no major stress factors, the economy continued to look good, etc.   In terms of local factors (life from the perspective of an individual) things were good.  That was a content electorate.   COVID-19 stressed out everyone and turned what was comfort into discomfort and triggered the dynamics of change.

And right now he's losing the electoral college by less than 300k votes.

That's about 0.2% of the total vote.

This is far from over .......

Okay, let's look at where we stand.  But focus on percentages because that is a more perspicuous metric when gauging the likelihood of change.

GA and NC are still outstanding.  Biden has a razor thin lead in GA and Trump is ahead in NC.   So let's be generous, assume some last minute reversal in GA, and give both to Trump.   That would bring his electoral count up to 245.

GA+NC = 245

The next closest state is AZ which has already been called.   However, the difference is 0.5% which is thin given the counting is at 98% (vs. 99%).   So let's defy all analysts who have called this state for Biden and assume that a recount will flip this state for Trump.

GA+NC+AZ = 256

Now we turn to the next closest states (also already called for Biden).   These are 99% (essentially done) but WI and PA both have a 0.7% difference which is close.   So let's assume a recount will flip WI for Trump.

GA+NC+AZ+WI = 266

Still not enough, that means we need to bring in the unlikely NV (2.7% Biden lead) or the close PA (0.7%) and assume a recount will flip the already called NV or PA for Trump.

GA+NC+AZ+WI+NV= 272    ✓

GA+NC+AZ+PA = 286          ✓

Alternatively, we could go with MI flipping but Biden is 2.7% ahead with 99% in, so it is not even close.

So Trump must win GA and NC.   He must then flip AZ, WI and at least one other state.   Or he must win GA, NC and flip both AZ and PA.

The most likely path for a Trump victory is to win GA and NC and then force a recount and then prevail in the recount for both AZ and PA.    His other path is to win GA and NC and then flip AZ, WI and NV with a recount.

And all of these states are complete or near complete in their official tallies.

Yeah, Sparty, it is over.

So, you were already paying more than $2500, which is as I thought.  Basically, you'd be out the $2500 either way, but you want to blame the fact that you're out $2500 on Obama, even though you were paying that much before the ACA.

Makes sense.

Your admit you don't know how much premiums would have been without the ACA, but any increase is Obama's fault, even though they were increasing before the ACA.

Seems reasonable.

it is merely a fact that Obama said we would save that amount, and it is also a fact that I have not saved that much.

but any increase is Obama's fault, even though they were increasing before the ACA

Now you know damn well I did no such thing. If I did, then quote me doing it, it should be easy, right?

Well, ok, not really.  It sounds like you're making accusations you don't have the information to support on the basis of feelings.

What accusations of WHAT? That I didn't save $2500? What other accusations are you now claiming I made?

“Biden is President-Elect because we said so,” Fake News.

I occasionally tune into CNN to observe the Democratic propaganda du jour.

biden_mirage.jpgI expected to hear outrage that Trump hasn’t conceded and that’s exactly what I got. The CNN talking heads nattered on about how unfounded Trump’s accusations of voting fraud were and that he had no proof. They claimed that even Trump’s staffers were urging him to accept his defeat for the good of the country. Then they went on about how important it was for Biden to be included in daily presidential briefings.

Then it got even more ridiculous. John Brennan, the ex-CIA head under Obama, went on about how he swore to defend his country from enemies foreign and domestic. Then he lit into Trump and said Pence needed to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Trump before he committed some reckless action. This is clear treason by Brennan. Trump is a lawfully-elected president who not only should contest the election stolen by the commie Brennan and his ilk, but also he deserves to finish out his term if he’s unsuccessful. Brennan wants Trump rushed out of office as soon as possible, probably in order to protect his own backside from a well-deserved prosecution for his involvement in the Democrat-concocted Trump/Russia collusion case, now thoroughly discredited.

Biden has already been congratulated by world leaders. Big deal—it means nothing, but the legacy media want Biden’s election to appear to have a solid foundation. In reality, it rests on shifting sand.

What a disgusting racist and misogynist cartoon.

The CNN talking heads nattered on about how unfounded Trump’s accusations of voting fraud were and that he had no proof.

So they were telling the truth like a news organization should. I guess it would seem weird to a regular viewer of Fox who expects to be lied to.

This is clear treason by Brennan.

Apparently some folk need a refresher on what treason is according to our constitution.

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

Clearly suggesting that the Vice President invoke the 25th amendment is not "waging war" or adhering to Americas enemies or even giving any enemies "aid and comfort".

should contest the election stolen by the commie Brennan and his ilk

The more you comment the crazier your comments get. This is pure fantasy that would be hilarious if I didn't think you were actual serious when you wrote that nonsensical bullshit. So please do provide some evidence of anyone "stealing" the election, unless of course you can't because you know it's pure fantasy invented by desperate whiny sore losers with room temp IQ's.

Brennan wants Trump rushed out of office as soon as possible

Yes, that's exactly what sane people and the majority of Americans want which is why 75 million Americans voted his fat worthless racist ass out of office.

probably in order to protect his own backside from a well-deserved prosecution for his involvement in the Democrat-concocted Trump/Russia collusion case, now thoroughly discredited.

More pure comedy gold straight from the bowels of bizarro-America where about a third of the nation apparently live completely free from logic, reason and facts, where up is down, in is out, Trump is a genius, dog farts smell like roses, ordering a pizza means ordering a child sex slave, airplane contrails control minds, millions of illegals vote without leaving any ballots and the conclusions of a Republican Senate investigation proving connections between the Trump campaign and the Russians is supposedly "discredited" even though it was their own investigation.

here on your side of the aisle.

Oh look another lie.  I hate all politicians as they are all lying, self serving complete shits.  As a result of this I have no interest in politics and thus no side of the aisle.

Y'all can elect Trump, Biden, a rock or a banana peel I simply don't care

Excellent casting on the part of the movie "Cointact".  They had him play the part of an asshole because he does it so well in real life.

That is why he played Roy Cohn so well.  He was just being himself.

I think that the words he has been posting say enough to know where he's coming from.  They're the window through which many can know a person, just like here on NT, Texan, but even more so when those words are aimed at and read by the general public.

Then please relate how his character in the movie and his real life are similar.

You've read what he said, now watch the movie and see for yourself.  He's a prick in the movie.

My gosh, ya'll really need to learn the difference between someone's personal life and acting.

What did Woods say that was wrong in your opinion?

"Left is like husband that has been beating his wife for 4 yrs. now tells her it's time to kiss and make up."

The majority of Americans didn't vote for Trump in 2016. The far better analogy is that the majority of Americans represent the wife who is continually beaten and abused by Trump and his sycophants for the last four years, ripping her away from the Paris agreement, tearing up the PPP, trying to destroy the EPA along with our water and air quality, shredding political norms, disrespecting gold star families, calling our soldiers "suckers" and "losers", using the power of the Presidency to try and extort foreign governments into digging up or manufacturing dirt on Republican political opponents, down playing the seriousness of the virus which has led directly to the unnecessary deaths of tens of thousands of Americans, and now, after the majority once again votes against Trump and Trumpism, the abusive bully husband whines and complains claiming to be the victim. Trump and Trumpism gave lady liberty a black eye and only by rejecting such vile ideology as Trumpism can we start to heal as a nation.
