The fake news is desperately trying to attach Trump to the sex criminal.

Shane Trejo Jul 8, 2019

The fake news is attempting to tie President Donald Trump to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who was charged with the sex trafficking of minors on Saturday.

However, the Democratic Party backer’s ties to President Trump are limited, and evidence shows that Trump has served as a whistle-blower of sorts about Epstein’s illicit behavior.

Bradley Edwards, an attorney for Epstein’s alleged victims, explained in an interview with The Conscious Resistance that Trump was the only powerful individual who worked with the victims when they began their pursuit for justice in 2009.

“The only thing that I can say about President Trump is that he is the only person who in 2009, when I served a lot of subpoenas on a lot of people, or at least gave notice to some pretty connected people that I wanted to talk to them. He is the only person who picked up the phone,” he said.

Edwards also added that Trump was “very helpful in the information that he gave and gave no indication whatsoever that he was involved in anything untoward.”

There have also been widespread reports, even from the anti-Trump globalist Washington Post , indicating that Trump banned Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida “because Epstein sexually assaulted an underage girl at the club,” according to court documents filed by Edwards.

President Trump’s Department of Justice also snapped into action earlier this year investigating the circumstances of Epstein’s suspicious plea deal which let him serve a light sentence for his crimes.

Even Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE), a frequent critic of President Trump, has given credit to the Trump administration for handling the matter expediently.

“The victims of Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring deserve this investigation – and so do the American people and the members of law enforcement who work to put these kinds of monsters behind bars,” Sasse wrote in February. “Parents should be grateful for the men and women at the DOJ who are committed to transparency and accountability and for the soon-to-be Attorney General who is committed to pursuing justice.”

Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd signed a letter that stated an investigation had begun “into allegations that Department attorneys may have committed professional misconduct in the manner in which the Epstein criminal matter was resolved.”

OPR will thoroughly investigate the allegations of misconduct that have been raised and, consistent with its practice, will share its results with you at the conclusion of its investigation as appropriate,” the letter stated.

It is worth nothing that the initial Epstein investigation occurred while former FBI special counsel Robert Mueller, who dogged Trump for years with a Russian investigation that ultimately yielded nothing, was leading the agency.

While the fake news may want to divert attention to Trump to get the focus off of prominent Democrats like Bill Clinton who were tied at the hip to Epstein , Trump’s record appears to be clean. Trump even warned of what would happen before he announced his run for President while appearing at CPAC in 2015.

The facts that are currently known to the public show that Trump has blown the whistle against Epstein, refused to tolerate his predatory behavior once he became aware of it, and brought Epstein closer to facing justice through the actions of his DOJ.

Does this really sound like the words of a "whistle-blower"?

Try dealing with that instead of pretending this is normal and that Trump is not part of Epstein's mess.  HE is, his people are connected (including Barr, btw,   Epstein has connections to Barr's FATHER, it goes that far back!) and we are supposed to believe Barr is not compromised?  NOPE is a perfect response from Tess.

Do you know what Barr's job title is?  Do you understand what the Attorney General does?

SO in your world, Bob Barr decided to prosecute Epstein just to let him off the hook as some sort of elaborate conspiracy?  That's what you imagine is happening? There must be a run on tinfoil....

If Barr and Trump wanted to protect Epstein, they could have just followed the Obama DOJ's example and simply ignored him, instead of trying to prosecute him for crimes that occurred 15 years ago.

You should stand up and celebrate Barr and his DOJ for trying to do what others refused. Or you would if you actually cared about trying to put Epstein behind bars.

I dont know why I give him that benefit of a doubt, but I do. Bill Clinton too.

However, Trump also says he doesnt know Epstein and then in another interview says he does, but never liked him.  He is on record as saying that Epstein is a "terrific guy". Does he normally say that people he doesnt know are "terrific guys", and does he normally say he never liked people that he has said are "terrific guys" ?

Who knows? Trump's a pathological liar. He can say anything at any time and contradict what he said 5 minutes ago.  That is one of the many reasons he is worthless as a human being.

Just to keep it balanced:

A Trump biographer, Tim O'Brien, tweeted the quote from a 2002 profile of Epstein in New York magazine, in which Trump said: "I've known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."

  • Trump's association with Epstein extends into allegations that women were lured directly into sex trafficking from Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, with one woman claiming Epstein's then-girlfriend recruited her for prostitution as a 15-year-old when she worked as a locker-room attendant at the resort.

What did Jeffrey Epstein's famous friends know and see?

The arrest of billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein on child sex trafficking charges is raising new questions about the future of Acosta as well as Epstein’s relationships with several major political figures, including President Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton. (AP Photo/Evan Vucci, File)

WASHINGTON (AP) — Jeffrey Epstein has hobnobbed with some of the world's most powerful people during his jet-setting life. Future President Donald Trump called him a "terrific guy." Former President Bill Clinton praised his intellect and philanthropic efforts and was a frequent flyer aboard his private jet.

The arrest of the   billionaire financier on child sex trafficking charges   is raising questions about how much his high-powered associates knew about the hedge fund manager's interactions with underage girls, and whether they turned a blind eye to potentially illegal conduct.

It's also putting new scrutiny on Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, who, as U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, was involved in a 2008 secret plea deal that allowed Epstein to avoid federal charges.

The White House did not respond to repeated questions Monday about when Trump was last in contact with Epstein or if he had witnessed Epstein engage in illegal activity with underage girls.

In his most extensive known public comments about Epstein, Trump told New York magazine in 2002 that he'd known the financier for 15 years and praised him as a "terrific guy."

"He's a lot of fun to be with," Trump was quoted as saying. "It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it - Jeffrey enjoys his social life."

Trump Organization attorney Alan Garten has since distanced Trump from Epstein, telling Politico in 2017 that Trump "had no relationship with Mr. Epstein and had no knowledge whatsoever of his conduct."

Asked about the charges on Sunday, Trump said, "I don't know about it."

Epstein was also an associate of Clinton's, repeatedly lending the former president his jet to travel overseas . Flight logs obtained by Fox News showed the former president took at least 26 trips aboard Epstein's Boeing 727, nicknamed the "Lolita Express," from 2001 to 2003. That "included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including 'Tatiana,'" the outlet found.

"Jeffrey is both a highly successful financier and a committed philanthropist with a keen sense of global markets and an in-depth knowledge of twenty-first-century science," Clinton told New York magazine though a spokesman for that same 2002 story. "I especially appreciated his insights and generosity during the recent trip to Africa to work on democratization, empowering the poor, citizen service, and combating HIV/AIDS."

Clinton spokesman Angel Ureña said the former president "knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York." He said that, in 2002 and 2003, Clinton took four trips on Epstein's plane with multiple stops and that staff and his Secret Service detail traveled on every leg.

"He's not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade, and has never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein's ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida," Ureña added.

Also back in the spotlight is Acosta, Trump's labor secretary, due to his role in the deal that ended an earlier investigation involving at least 40 teenage girls. The deal allowed Epstein to avoid federal charges and a possible life sentence. Instead, Epstein pleaded guilty to state charges and served 13 months in jail, during which he was allowed to leave for work during the day.

"I want real justice for these underage survivors - and Acosta to finally answer for his weak plea agreement," tweeted Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was among a number of congressional Democrats who had asked the Justice Department to reopen the case.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi went further, tweeting Monday night that Acosta should resign from Trump's Cabinet. "As US Attorney, he engaged in an unconscionable agreement w/ Jeffrey Epstein kept secret from courageous, young victims preventing them from seeking justice," Pelosi wrote.

The White House did not respond to questions Monday about Acosta's future. The Department of Labor referred questions to the Department of Justice, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Then-White House press secretary Sarah Sanders had told reporters in February that the White House was looking into Acosta's handling of the case, but she never offered further details. Trump said in February that he didn't know much about the case but volunteered that Acosta had done "a great job" as labor secretary. As for the Epstein case, Trump added, "That seems like a long time ago."

Acosta has previously called the deal appropriate.

Epstein is accused of paying underage girls hundreds of dollars in cash for massages and then molesting them at his homes in Florida and New York. He "intentionally sought out minors and knew that many of his victims were in fact under the age of 18," according to prosecutors, who said he also paid some of his victims to "recruit additional girls to be similarly abused."

Epstein pleaded not guilty Monday to sex trafficking charges.

Oh, dear, don't get too complacent.  Not everything can stay hidden forever.

President Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, the 66-year-old hedge fund manager charged this week with sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, were once the only other attendees at a party with roughly two dozen women at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, a former Trump associate told The New York Times .

In 1992, the women were flown in for a "calendar girl" competition that Trump had requested, the former Trump associate, George Houraney, told The Times.

"At the very first party, I said, 'Who's coming tonight? I have 28 girls coming,'" Houraney said. "It was him and Epstein."

He added: "I said: 'Donald, this is supposed to be a party with VIPs. You're telling me it's you and Epstein?'"

Houraney also apparently once warned Trump about Epstein.

"Look, Donald, I know Jeff really well, I can't have him going after younger girls," Houraney recalled telling Trump. "He said: 'Look I'm putting my name on this. I wouldn't put my name on it and have a scandal.'"

Houraney had a falling out with Trump after his girlfriend accused Trump of making unwanted sexual advances in the early 1990s.

No way Trump is a whistleblower.  Not a chance in hell.  No matter what he did and didn't do with Epstein, he most certainly did NOT blown any whistles.  Its called covering your ass,  and its not even in the realm of possibility.  Trump has no moral compass, don't try to push that crap-.

I stand by the story I seeded.  Trump was a whistleblower.  Acosta it seems was treated wrongly by the media as well. He acted when local prosecutors  didn’t prosecute at all and salvaged some jail time and registering him as a sex offender.

It is worth nothing that the initial Epstein investigation occurred while former FBI special counsel Robert Mueller, who dogged Trump for years with a Russian investigation that ultimately yielded nothing, was leading the agency

it is also worth noting if hillary was elected epstein would not be facing prosecution today...

while you were with her - she was with him

No proof of any of your whackjob pronouncements whatsoever.

None of your pronouncements have ever come true.

Your magic 8 ball is cracked/whack.

Epstein is facing up to 45 years in prison....a plea deal will be forthcoming.

Hate to see a former President in prison but Billy Boy's time is due.

They can bunk with Weinstein.

And by then, who knows? Carlos Danger or Bob Menendez might fall off the pedophile wagon again and they all share a cell and reminisce about their good old days.
