Democrats conjured up the specter of another witch hunt to attack President Donald Trump, but facts have already surfaced that the Ukraine-Gate demon will come back to haunt them.

Radical Democrats have been seething to upend the 2016 election in a political coup. The phony whistleblower claim that the president called for a quid pro quo with his Ukraine counterpart set them boiling.

Despite the fact that the whistleblower had no first-hand knowledge of the call meant nothing to these political extremists. Nor did the fact that it was written very suspiciously in legal terms as if the complainant had help.

Now that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi threw all her years of political knowledge to the wind, congressional Democrats are running scared. Act-based reports indicate that Sleazy Joe Biden was engaged in corruption, and possibly committed treason while lining his son’s pockets with millions in foreign money. Democrats are in full panic-mode.

The former Obama-era number two has issued a letter of demand that media outlets stop speaking to White House lawyer and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. While it’s not uncommon that liberals want to silence free speech and control the media, this unconstitutional act is based on pure fear.

“We write to demand that in service to the facts, you no longer book Rudy Giuliani, a surrogate for Donald Trump,” a Biden campaign letter to media resources stated.

And Biden isn’t the only one trying to withhold the truth from the American public. Democrat presidential hopeful Sen. Kamala Harris is pressuring social media outlets to suspend the president’s Twitter account, so he can no longer speak directly to everyday Americans.

“I, frankly, think that based on this and all we’ve seen him do before, including attacking members of Congress, that he, frankly, should be — his Twitter account should be suspended,” Sen. Harris tweeted at Twitter’s CEO. “The privilege of using those words in that way should probably be taken from him.”

Sen. Harris’ pressure came after President Trump unearthed facts that Congressman Adam Schiff had a surrogate sent to Ukraine before the Biden scandal broke to undermine the White House. The president has called for an investigation into possible treason by Schiff.

Beyond corruption and possible treason by Democrats, the liberal zealots made a horrendous miscalculation in their fever to negate the will of voters. In what is stacking up to be another Russia hoax, Deep State operatives appear to have bypassed federal whistleblower standards to ram through the false claim. According to federal guidelines, a person must have first-hand knowledge of an incident to file a legal complaint.

“The (Intelligence Community Inspector General) cannot transmit information via the) Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act) based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the federal form previously stated with the bold heading ‘FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.’ This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing. If you think that wrongdoing took place but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, (the Intelligence Community Inspector General) will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA.”

The claim does precisely what the federal guidelines say cannot be legitimately done. The allegation against the president cites only a second-hand conversation, and it’s not even clear if the original person overhead the call with Ukraine. The entire charade stinks of the phony Russia dossier that was eventually traced back to the Hillary campaign.

In the end, Deep State operatives such as FBI agent Peter Strzok, government lawyer Lisa Paige, FBI Director James Comey, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe were all fired for cause. McCabe and others may face jail time for perjury during the left-wing efforts at upending the president. Impetuous Democrats who thought they could successfully impeach the President now face another backlash for misleading voters.

At the center of the storm is the quid pro quo between Joe Biden, his son, Hunter, and the foreign officials they shook down for millions. There’s no denying recently published photos of the Obama-era flunky, his son and Ukraine energy board officials playing golf. There’s no denying that Hunter Biden lined his pockets with millions while his V.P. father brought pressure to bear. There’s no denying that China propped up Biden’s son with more than a billion dollars after arriving on Air Force One.

Speaker Pelosi has already admitted that opening this Pandora’s Box with Biden family corruption at the center could cost Democrats their current House majority.

This article is a complete outrage. You might as well have rolled a burning bale of hay down center of NT! Incidentally, if democrats are accused of running the "deep state" then what the heaven are republicans in charge of?  Conservative officials are running an alternative reality where 'forked tongues' and 'whipped' conservative slaves are afraid to get out from under Donald Trump's whip!

Time to untuck conservatives!  Donald Trump has republican gonads strung all around the White House. Go get 'em back. Trump is only a man—if you get together maybe many weaklings banded together can take him down politically.

After thinking about it for moment. I can see your point about what some progressives are posting about Trump. I even comment on many of them too! I comment so, because Trump is such an ingrate. He lies about even the dumb stuff. Worse, he makes liars out of honest men and women, who used to be 'alien' to lying as a daily construct of life.

However H-A, calling and summing up a woman, especially a highly educated black woman's life, as some man's "hoe" is beyond the pail. Where is your righteous indignation over this? You (should) know this woman's life history is not all about a 'date' with Willie Brown. And yet, you assent to Loki12's partisan distortion of a woman for shits and giggles.

Congress members take an oath of office to support and defend the Constitution.

But we all know that the GOP and Trump think the Constitution is not near as important as Trump, so spit on it whenever they like. Truth means nothing to them or they would not be such rabid supporters of Trump at this point.

However, many are beginning to see the writing on the wall as election time draws near and their own position can very well be in jeopardy. Yet, it could be too late for many of them who don't have influential people and their families who can buy their elections for them.

Really, you mean like the principle of holding an open trial with evidence and examinations of witnesses like the Republican House did with Clinton? The Dems are holding closed door, very limited access- as in Republicans in the House can only watch. Want to to hold the Dems in the House to those principles you are extorting?

Congress members take an oath of office to support and defend the Constitution.

There is a means to do that. As stated above the Democrats in the House are not following the rules. Seems they are putting party before the Constitution.

Some of the things these articles always seem to forget...

1) Trump admitted to the content of the phone call.

2) Rudy confirmed that there was a push from the WH to investigate Biden in the Ukraine.

3) The call logs confirm what Rudy and donny had said publicly.

4) The WB report confirms the call logs, donny and rudy's mouth's.

5) The trump admin wanted an "in writing" contract with the Ukraine, stating that they would investigate the Biden's in exchange for military aid, (this is from Volker's testimony and text messages, all given under oath).

The right has no proof at all that the Biden's did anything illegal in the Ukraine, not a shred of evidence. All they have is trumps' word, which is as worthless as a degree from Trump University.

The left has these things called actual facts and a good portion of it trump has publicly admitted to. No? Read the call logs. It's clear as day.

Well, to be fair, Trump has been failing to comply with Democrats' demands for information.  Democrats were obviously expecting Trump to stonewall again just as Trump has done since completion of the Mueller investigation.  Trump didn't play by his own rules; Trump actually allowed the public to see both the phone transcript and the whistle blower complaint.  That shouldn't have been a shock since Trump also allowed the public to see Mueller's report.

Surprise!

Democrats write and call your congress people, especially the ones on committees, heck call Nancy Pelosi's offices and tell them to stop allowing conservative officials to mock them with subpoena's as trash! It's time for Nancy Pelosi and the committees to 'go to school' on the conservatives in the White House. GO GET YOUR STUFF!

Trump is full of BS. The information Donald is withholding is for the people's representatives of this country to see. The only reason republicans and conservatives don't wish to see it is because many of them are full of Trump's BS too. They know who they are.  That some conservatives are playing too stupid to be  believed is all the simple evidence that the democrats need to grind these conservative officials obstructing presentation of fact-based documents and personnel statements into the dirt.

Democrats need to open up a large industrial sized drum of legislative 'whoop-ass" on this conman businessman and fake president named Trump. This charade with Pompeo needs to be the last 'fool me' routine the democratic committees allow! Pompeo knew when he got the subpoena he was not going to reply to it properly. So days and time has been wasted.

Take these conservatives fools to court and ask for immediate action from the courts. Democrats in office have to be smarter than this-because they are being made to look like they are standing still.

Democrats are abusing their Constitutional authority to damage a political opponent.  Time for the political games to end and move forward.  Trump has been asking to be impeached; give it to him.

I've got a feeling the shit might start hitting the fan.  And it explains what why republicans have no problem with any of Trump's actions.  Corruption indeed!  And its all going to come out!  No wonder Perry is trying to get out.  Every single thing the gop has accused democrats of doing is EXACTLY what they themselves are doing in real time.  They tried the old 'best defense is a good offense' strategy.  Now failing as the truth comes out.

As Rudy Giuliani was pushing Ukrainian officials last spring to investigate one of Donald Trump ’s main political rivals, a group of individuals with ties to the president and his personal lawyer were also active in the former Soviet republic.

Their aims were profit, not politics. This circle of businessmen and Republican donors touted connections to Giuliani and Trump while trying to install new management at the top of Ukraine’s massive state gas company. Their plan was to then steer lucrative contracts to companies controlled by Trump allies, according to two people with knowledge of their plans.

Thanks, I'll tag in here:

Trump Allies Pressed Ukraine Over Gas Firm

(continuation.)

Their plan hit a snag after Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko lost his reelection bid to Volodymyr Zelenskiy, whose conversation with Trump about former Vice President Joe Biden is now at the center of the House impeachment inquiry of Trump.

But the effort to install a friendlier management team at the helm of the gas company, Naftogaz, would soon be taken up with Ukraine’s new president by U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry, whose slate of candidates included a fellow Texan who is one of Perry’s past political donors.

It’s unclear if Perry’s attempts to replace board members at Naftogaz were coordinated with the Giuliani allies pushing for a similar outcome, and no one has alleged that there is criminal activity in any of these efforts. And it’s unclear what role, if any, Giuliani had in helping his clients push to get gas sales agreements with the state-owned company.

But the affair shows how those with ties to Trump and his administration were pursuing business deals in Ukraine that went far beyond advancing the president’s personal political interests. It also raises questions about whether Trump allies were mixing business and politics just as Republicans were calling for a probe of Biden and his son Hunter, who served five years on the board of another Ukrainian energy company, Burisma.

The important thing to keep in mind: President Donald Trump is being probed for impeachment because he has violated election law by asking foreign countries to interfere in U.S. elections. The cart comes AFTER the horse, not BEFORE!

I can't take it. I just can't get through this. At 26 minutes in Glenn's histronics, suppositions, and omissions (he reads select portions of documents on camera) are unyielding as he incriminates and impugns the records of people only know to be honest players of facts and figures, while seeking to clear people who are either in jail or are 'raging' in the news today for their obstruction strategies and tactics!

To be fair Sixpick, you did not ask me to listen to this. I can not finish it however, because it is slow and tedious, and hard if not near impossible to verify at this point.

If out of the 50-ish minutes you have something specific or narrow and important you wish me (or others who might read this comment) to glean from this video, do point me to it. I will listen to that portion of the tape alone.

Otherwise, Glenn is doing way too much.
