Project Veritas Exposes CNN's 'Personal Vendetta' Against Trump
CNN has been a liberal bastion since the Bush administration. But now you have evidence from multiple people describing how this whole media operation is just one massive propaganda machine for the Democratic Party. This is the Democrat-media complex, confirmed with admissions from the people who work there. And these clowns wonder why the “CNN sucks” chant remains popular four years later. CNN is one of the most visible and prolific anti-Trump networks out there. Over the weekend, James O’Keefe and his Project Veritas team announced that they were working on a series based on information brought to them by an insider at the network. It’s what you’d expect from staff and management that has become infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome. Most of the top hosts hate Trump. CNN president Jeffrey Zucker hates him as well. So, it’s not shocking that the animus leeches into the programming. Zucker is heard on calls, giving marching orders to focus on impeachment and ignore other stories. He rips Fox News for peddling conspiracy theories and pretty much being fake news, which is just rich coming from this network that’s perpetually in third place. Fox is king. They will never beat them. So, chalk up the trash talk as one coming from an executive that will never reach an audience like that at Fox News.  Other tidbits come from CNN’s floor manager, who described the aura of death that was in the air when Trump won the 2016 election while admitting that the network is partially to blame for Hillary’s loss with the non-stop coverage. Trump got around $2 billion in free media during the 2016 cycle. Floor Director Hiram Gonzalez is caught telling PV’s insider, “Between you and I, we created this monster and now we’re eating him full plate every single day. Media created the Trump monster.”

Meanwhile, CNN’s media coordinator admits that top hosts at the network, Jake Tapper, Anderson Cooper, Don Lemon, and Chris Cuomo, either hate or strongly dislike the president. Again, no shocker there (via  PV ):

Cary Poarch, who works at CNN’s Washington D.C. Bureau, tells Project Veritas “I decided to wear a hidden camera…to expose the bias running rampant” at the network. Poarch documented CNN’s bias for months; recording undercover footage of numerous long-term employees, some of which talk about Jeff Zucker’s anti-Trump agenda. In the video are Nick Neville, Christian Sierra, Hiram Gonzalez, David Chalian, and Mike Brevna. These employee’s positions range from media coordinator to high-ranking executives. I decided to secretly record the 9:00am rundown call meetings with senior management and executives, says Poarch.

[…]

Jeff Zucker has served as president of CNN Worldwide since 2013. In recordings of daily phone calls, Zucker directed staffers to push the impeachment narrative.

“I want to stay with this, our top, top – our own reporters, our own political analysts, the top, the top [unintelligible] we have. Okay, so make sure we’re doing that. All these moves are moves towards impeachment. So, don’t – don’t lose sight of what the biggest story is.”

[…]

Nick Neville, a CNN Media Coordinator, also opened up to our insider. Neville tells our insider who really controls CNN’s programming, and how much top-down control Zucker exerts:

“Like, there are a lot of people who are out here trying to play like, just do what they think is the best journalistic integrity. Then you get on the 9am call and the big boss, Jeff Zucker, f**king tells what to do….”

“Jeff Zucker- basically president of CNN has a personal vendetta against Trump. Your own biases are gonna be there. They’re going to seep into what you think, they’re gonna seep into what you say, so if Jeff Zucker like blatantly hates Trump, and he runs CNN (which he does), it’s not gonna be positive (for you guys)…no I mean it’s not gonna be positive for Trump. He hates him. It’s gonna be negative!” Again, a lot of you already knew this; CNN has been a liberal bastion since the Bush administration. But now you have evidence from multiple people describing how this whole media operation is just one massive propaganda machine for the Democratic Party. This is the Democrat-media complex, confirmed with admissions from the people who work there.

And these clowns wonder why the “CNN sucks” chant remains popular four years later. Well, the Trump voters you so hate aren’t that stupid. In fact, they may be eons ahead of the political elite whose hatred is so intense for Trump, it could earn him another term in the White House because if there is one thing people do often when in the grips of such intense hatred—it’s that they make mistakes—huge mistakes. So, keep at it, CNN. You’re just one massive in-kind contribution to Keeping America Great.

Sounds like another nothingburger from Project Veritas.

We have a state media, Fox News, that spends every hour kissing president* Trump's ass. It is no surprise whatsoever that a competitor of Fox's might not be so accommodating of Trump.

I watched the trailer, all of it, and it sure appears to be a nothingburger.

They have a 'secret' audio of the head of CNN saying that years of conspiracy nonsense at Fox News are having a bad effect on the country.

Is that supposed to be a shock?    All it is is the truth.

The pretense that this video is some expose of CNN appears to be laughable.

PVlogo-fvplayer.png

(Washington, D.C.) A brave CNN insider came to Project Veritas to expose anti-Trump bias at the cable giant. In the recordings, Zucker details his expectations for CNN’s coverage and very matter-of-factly states “impeachment is the story.”

Impeachment Push

Jeff Zucker has served as president of CNN Worldwide since 2013. In recordings of daily phone calls, Zucker directed staffers to push the impeachment narrative.

“I want to stay with this, our top, top – our own reporters, our own political analysts, the top, the top [unintelligible] we have. Okay, so make sure we’re doing thatAll these moves are moves towards impeachment. So, don’t – don’t lose sight of what the biggest story is.”

Attacks on Fox News and Republicans

Screen-Shot-2019-10-14-at-10.10.16-AM-1024x573.png

In one 9AM rundown call, Zucker and another executive disparage Republicans about Trump and attack FoxNews:

I think what’s going on in America now is really fundamentally result of years of fake news, conspiracy nonsense from Fox News that has taken root in this country…”

Zucker continues, “The fake conspiracy nonsense that Fox has spread for years is now deeply embedded in American society and at the highest levels of the Republican elected officials as we’ve seen…and frankly that is beyond destructive for America…”

CNN’s Vice President & Political Director David Chalian on Republicans:

I think as big of a story as big of a story as what President Trump has done here is the Republican’s sort of either delusional or defiant or silent responses.”

Zucker: CNN Employees Must ‘Knock Off’ Friendliness Towards Graham

Screen-Shot-2019-10-14-at-9.55.35-AM-1024x571.png

Yeah, so I just want to say on the Lindsey Graham front, I know that there’s a lot of people at CNN that are friendly with Lindsey Graham. It’s time to knock that off and it’s time to call him out.”

CNN Media Coordinator Details How Zucker Runs the Network; Describes ‘Gameshow’

Screen-Shot-2019-10-14-at-9.58.06-AM-1024x571.png

Nick Neville, a CNN Media Coordinator, also opened up to our insider. Neville tells our insider who really controls CNN’s programming, and how much top-down control Zucker exerts:

Like, there are a lot of people who are out here trying to play like, just do what they think is the best journalistic integrity. Then you get on the 9am call and the big boss, Jeff Zucker, f**king tells what to do….”

“Jeff Zucker- basically president of CNN has a personal vendetta against Trump. Your own biases are gonna be there. He hates him. It’s gonna be negative!”

The CNN Media Coordinator goes on to lament his own network’s debate preparation format, connecting it to their push to prioritize ratings:

“But then you have higher up executives, like Zucker and other people, who are saying, “Well, we gotta make profits.” So, you end up with things like- I don’t know if you heard this, but this week they had like a fucking gameshow to, like, decide what dates they’re, it’s gonna be this debate.”

CNN Floor Manager Describes Election Night Despair at CNN

 Screen-Shot-2019-10-14-at-10.01.27-AM-1024x570.png

Mike Brevna, Floor Manager, CNN: “The election- Yeah, I came in at about ten or eleven o’clock that night…. And as I started walking towards this person, as I got closer, I could hear her sobbing …. People were like, in shock.”

CNN Floor Director Shares His Perspective on the Cause of Trump’s Political Ascension

CNN Media Coordinator Confesses to Network Bias

 Screen-Shot-2019-10-14-at-10.04.29-AM-1024x579.png

Christian Sierra, a CNN Media Coordinator, describes the mood inside CNN after Trump’s election victory:

“That day, man, when I came in, everyone was silent. Nobody wanted to talk. I’m like, like the mood was just so sour the whole day…It was a f**king dreary day. I bet at Fox it was like euphoria.”

When questioned about how the CNN anchors feel about Trump, Sierra unloads: “Cooper hates him;” “Don Lemon hates him;” “Cuomo doesn’t like him;” and Tapper “doesn’t like him either.”

Sierra goes on to admit to our insider that:

“…MSNBC is tougher on Republicans, and we’re tough on the Republicans too. More than so than the Democrats. Our Democratic interviews are like softballs, compared to the Republicans… if you notice like every time, we ask questions to Republicans, like it’s always a little tougher than when we do get the Democrats.”

Project Veritas intends to continue its investigation into corruption in the Mainstream Media. We encourage brave insiders at these organizations to come forward with any information they have, so that the public knows what is really going on within these media companies.

You are right John.  Any rational person who has been exposed to CNN for the last 4 years knows that CNN doesn't even pretend to be objective in its coverage. It's programming is simply regurgitating progressive talking points curated of any dissonant facts that might upset their easily triggered, gullible viewers.

The video just shows the sausage making that's been obvious to anyone who has seen the final product CNN puts on the air.  I mean, how dumb do you have to be to believe CNN tries to put out an objective product that accurately depicts the issues they cover?

OF course CNN is staffed by far left progressives who think their mission is life is to take down the President of the United States by any means necessary.  All this video does is show what we already knew.

Conservative activist group Project Veritas released another batch of secretly recorded videos on Thursday that it says show CNN staffers dishing on liberal bias at the network and network president Jeff Zucker ordering producers to ditch an “important story” for negative coverage of President Trump.

The newly released footage, which has not been independently confirmed by Fox News, features now-former CNN employee Cary Poarch secretly filming staffers and recording the network’s morning editorial meeting.

PROJECT VERITAS’ ALLEGED CNN WHISTLEBLOWER CLAIMS NETWORK IS ‘PUMPING OUT PROPAGANDA'

One of the meetings taped by Poarch features Zucker drawing laughter from producers when he tells them to bypass a “really good and important story” about the Department of Homeland Security in favor of additional anti-Trump coverage, in this case involving illegal immigration and impeachment.

jeff-zucker-Retuers.jpg?ve=1&tl=1

Poarch allegedly recorded “several” of Zucker’s conference calls, in which he claims Zucker runs the daily meeting “with an iron fist” aimed directly at “hammering Trump” or “Republicans in general.” (REUTERS/Lucas Jackson)

“I don’t think we should move on from shooting migrants at the border in the legs and considering having, you know, alligators and snakes in the moat,” Zucker told staffers. “I know there is 7,000 impeachment stories and I’m the one that’s saying we should just stay on impeachment, but when … a story of this magnitude comes up and you can objectively say, 'You’re out of your mind,' you should do it and say, 'You’re out of your mind,'" referring to President Trump and ways to ridicule him.

Project Veritas also claims a man identified as CNN field operation manager Patrick Davis called Jeff Zucker’s 9 a.m. editorial meetings “a bunch of bulls—t” and said he tunes out the daily call as a result.

“Even though we’re totally left-leaning… we don’t want to admit it,” Davis said. “We could be so much better than what we are… we’re supposed to be middle of the road.”

TRUMP SAYS AMERICA WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITHOUT 'CNNs OF THE WORLD' AFTER FIERY NEWS CONFERENCE

Davis, who said he began at CNN is 1995, said he hates seeing what the network has become. “It’s just awful,” he said.

Another alleged CNN staffer called his employer “the Trump network,” because of the constant negative coverage of the president.

“They sold themselves to the devil,” a man identified as CNN floor manager Mike Brevna said. “It’s sad because there’s so much news going on out there, but they don’t cover none of it.”

Another staffer identified on the recordings as field production supervisor Gerald Sisnette said CNN won’t change until Trump “dies,” adding “hopefully soon.” Alleged staffers are also heard saying on the secret recording that CNN manufactures drama to increase revenue.

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump asking the president of a foreign country to investigate his election opponent is an impeachable offense.  Almost by definition an impeachable offense is not "trivial".

If you believe that, then you should impeach. The truth lies with what you told us during the Russia hoax. Remember - you didn't care if he was innocent, you just wanted him out.

Lol, ya, that was another leftist power grab. How did that work out?  We now have Trump appointing more Conservative Judges than anyone would have thought possible in a single term (only 3 years)!

Justice Kavanaugh should send that douche Harry Reid a thank you note.

And all the lower court judges as well. McConnell extended the new rules to all judges. Thanks Harry!

Trump asking the president of a foreign country to investigate his election opponent is an impeachable offense.

I'm a little vague as to why. I'm pretty damned sure that the left wouldn't complain about it if, in an alternate reality, President Biden asked the Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Trump. The left would simply say we need to know what kind of person Trump was and if he used his office to protect his son's illegal dealings (if any) in that country, the American people have a right to know. And they would be right.

Now, if Trump were trying to get the Ukraine to manufacture false evidence against the Bidens, I would certainly think that is an impeachable offense. But, to my knowledge, that isn't what was done. They asked them to investigate what happened. Why would that be an impeachable offense? How else would it be investigated? Send the FBI and tell the Ukraine they have no choice but to comply with our investigation? Like that's going to work.

Or is it your position that the fact that Biden is running for President mean that he should not be investigated? I don't know about you but I find the whole Biden/Burisma thing a bit fishy. I would certainly like to see someone taking a closer look at it. In the end, though, I don't understand why you think Trump asking the Ukrainian government to take a look at it would be impeachable. What, in your opinion, would be the right, non-impeachable way to get them to look into it?

The power plant's closure, which is likely in November, signals a warning for other coal mines and plants, dozens of which are likely to close in the West in coming years. Indicted for official malfeasance in office? You mean because then Secretary of State Clinton wasn't indicted or that the IRS official Lois Lerner wasn't indicted they were innocent?

Clinton destroyed evidence and clearly violated section 793 of the Penal Code, Subsection (f):

‘Whoever being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note or information relating to the national defense through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust or to be lost, stolen, abstracted or destroyed...

Clearly she was guilty. James Comey ran a fraudulent investigation and gave her a pass.

Lois Lerner was investigated by the partisan "Obama wingman" Eric Holder.

Lois Lerner retired effective September 23, 2013
Joseph H. Grant, commissioner of the Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division, retired on June 3, 2013
Steven T. Miller, Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue and Deputy Commissioner for Services and Enforcement resigned on May 15, 2013

In October 2017, the Justice Department settled two lawsuits filed by conservative groups that said they were targeted in the controversy. One of these lawsuits was filed on behalf of 428 groups, and the other was filed on behalf of 41 groups. The settlement included payments of $3.5 million to these groups, an apology, and an admission of wrongdoing from the IRS

The whistleblower identified himself as Cary Poarch, a satellite uplink technician at CNN’s Washington, D.C. bureau.

“When I came to work at CNN, I mean it was my dream job,” Poarch said. “And that dream, actually turned into a nightmare.”

Poarch recorded the 9:00 a.m. morning calls held by Zucker, in which he urged CNN employees to focus on the impeachment narrative.

“Let’s just stay very focused on impeachment,” Zucker said. “We’re moving towards impeachment. I mean, don’t like, you know we shouldn’t pretend this is going one way. And so, all these moves are moves towards impeachment.”

Zucker also encouraged CNN employees to report on Fox News as if it were a conspiracy outlet.

“I think what’s going on in America now is really fundamentally the result of years of fake news, conspiracy nonsense from Fox News,” Zucker said. “The fake conspiracy nonsense that Fox has spread for years is now deeply embedded in American society, and frankly that is beyond destructive for America. And I do not think we should be scared to say so.”

After the release of this video, Poarch announced he saw no other option but to wear a hidden camera and expose the bias of CNN.

Like the people who always devolve every conver

The seeded article is a nothing burger.  The "quotes" from Jeff Zucker are nothingburgers. Of course a news station is going to focus on impeachment. It is the number one story in America today.  It is supposed to be scandalous when the head of a news channel tells his reporters to focus on it?   LOL.

I agree that CNN features more criticism of Trump than praise of him.   That could just be because they are more in touch with reality than he or many of his fans are.

His behavior and actions merit much more criticism than praise. Period.

For some reason you seem to put a lot of stock in what he says rather than what he does. I, for one, know he lies and they are just words. None of his lies has EVER affected me or mine personally in ANY way. We look past the bluster easily as it is meaningless in the scheme of things US. I will never understand the penchant for liberal/democrat angst over meaningless bullshit. Why cling to something you know probably isn't true.........well other than to deflect from any good that is happening in the country? His lies are nothing more that a shiny object for some to constantly fall back on. It is beyond belief. And you say his supporters are stupid? They know better and know nothing he says, except for "Where is that red button", it does no harm and has no affect on their everyday lives.

His behavior can be looked at objectively.  American tradition and mores decree that pathological lying, incessant bullying, crooked business dealings and sexual assault are wrong. Let's not forget preposterous bragging and malignant narcissism (assholeness).

We can all objectively look at Trump's behavior and see there is seriously something the fuck wrong with him as a man and as a human being.

His policies , what you call "what he does" which you approve of wholeheartedly, are a subjective topic. Conservatives agree with most of his policies and executive orders, and liberals disagree with most of them. That is a policy dispute about which there could be two legitimate points of view to be hashed out.

His behavior as president is not debatable. He is a disgrace and a disgrace at his monumental level does not belong in office. End of story.

The seeded article is a nothing burger.

You are repeating yourself. If it's nothing it should be easy to disprove. Instead we have a condemnation of the President and comparisons to Fox News!

Of course a news station is going to focus on impeachment.

For 3 years?

It is the number one story in America today.

Bigger than the "imminent slaughter" of the Kurds and the fate of the Hong Kong demonstrators or the border crisis or the so called "coming recession?"

It is supposed to be scandalous when the head of a news channel tells his reporters to focus on it?

It is - just like when O’Keefe released a video that caught New York Times editor Nick Dudich on hidden camera talking openly about ways he manipulates news coverage and pushes his agenda.

I agree that CNN features more criticism of Trump than praise of him.

It NEVER praises him!

If Trump had shot someone in the middle of 5th avenue  it wouldnt have affected you personally either, so I presume he would still be good to go as president of the United States afterwards, in your eyes?

LOL.  I have done nothing to myself compared with what Trump supporters have done to themselves by following a pathological liar con man.

You funny.

The article about CNN is a nothingburger.   The channel is critical of the worst president in American history.  Let's all wring our hands with concern !

It's too late for an intervention.

Evidently that's all you've got today.

I think you know better than that........or at least I hope you do.

As for your 8.1.8, all of your opinions, as they are nothing more than that, are based on your "standards" (which seem to be extremely TDS driven) for what is normal or acceptable. Not everyone has the same perspective as you and never will. You're just going to have to deal with it..........daily at LEAST until January of 2021. But you keep doing you and what makes your day. I for one do not subscribe to your ideology or outlook on life.

If you think Trump is admirable or fit for office,  god help you. Thats all I can say.

All the while, he will drag his supporters deeper and deeper into the abyss. They cannot be reached now, only stopped.

Denial Aisle is a lonely place. CNN has lost a good deal of their audience since the long awaited "Mueller Report" came out. Even some democrats have come face to face with the facts.

Surprise, surprise, surprise.

Cary Poarch is organizing this fundraiser.

To hear more of my story, please check it out here. If you are moved by what you’ve read here, or better informed for what I’ve uncovered, please donate here on my page. I intend to use this money to establish a baseline of financial stability for my family for the next year and face down any legal challenges I may be presented with.

Who organized their own GoFundMe fundraiser?  Oh, yeah.  This guy:

I don't have to read anything past 'project veritas' to know its a lying, deceptive group of far rightwingers who have no problem lying like Trump.  Probably get their propaganda ideas from the Russians now.  But they have never done anything to get the truth, its just like Trump, go manufacture what they want to smear someone with.  Total bullshit.
