Attention to Detail
First off, I'm posting this article from my phone, so bear with me. The mobile platform for this site has had a serious flaw since its inception, in that you have no editing capabilities when creating a seed or article, including the ability to post an image. That's not very helpful for an art group, obviously, but it is what it is. I have full editing capabilities in the comment section, but have no flexibility when creating an article. Despite my complaints over the last couple of years about this, nothing is being done. Instead, the site is undergoing unrelated 'improvements' that have made the mobile platform ten times worse than it was.
Enough venting. I'm getting around this glitch by posting the photos that are the subject of this article in the comments section.
Normally, I post photos that have gone through heavy editing. I want to stress that these photos here have only been slightly cropped and straightened, and one had a little bit of shadowing dampened because it was taken in the shade. The subject is some artwork that a local artisan painted on one of the bridges that crosses the creek that flows through our historic downtown district. His work is incredibly photo realistic. All of this artwork is painted on flat concrete.
