Frozen Mongo & Chilly Willy
I work by a small town that has several art sculptures scattered around the downtown area (which is about 2 square blocks) Today the sculpture I affectionately call "Mongo" that overlooks a pond looked pretty chilly. (I name all the sculptures) The sculptures had a different look today that I found interesting.

I call this one "Willy" cuz he always looks chilly.
