Giant Snails Invade Florida
If Florida didn't have enough invasive species, they now have the giant snail.
As big as rats, they chomp on everything in sight.

On a more serious note, the Burmese Python is destroying the native species in the Everglades. I hate to think what these can do, especially knowing that they carry a form of meningitis that can kill humans.
