Music help needed...

A friend of mine had a homemade tape of some spanish music he was given. Now the tape is destroyed and he's trying to find a spanish song and the artist name that sang the song 'Sufre en por ti".

I've heard the song, it's old, sang by a female artist, and is a slow love song, and probably from the 60's, 70's or 80's. If anyone has the information on this song and artist, all help is greatly appreciated. I want to try and get him and his wife the cd.

Thank you.

Hi Suz. I did, but the songs weren't the right one. It's an older song I heard it a few times, and cannot forget it myself because it's a very pretty song, but very sad also.

Thanx for looking for me. Grin.gif

Is that how you spell it? I can try to look, too...

I don't speak Spanish, so I have no idea...

You are in Long Beach? Find a Mexican nightclub, perhaps in the afternoon before the night crowd, and perhaps one where the "older crowd" hangs out. Bring someone to translate if need be, and ask the bartender, or the cook.

Hey Sixpick, that's not the song, but thank you so much for the effort and help. It's a really slow and sad song, and I think it was sang by some middle aged to older female.

I'm still looking, but still no success. lol
