Jenna Wolfe and Stephanie Gosk of NBC come out as couple; reveal engagement, baby on the way
NBC newscaster Jenna Wolfe made her own headlines Wednesday when she came out publicly with partner Stephanie Gosk and announced theyre having a baby.
The Today show's Sunday anchor said she and Gosk, a foreign correspondent at NBC, have been together three years, plan to wed and embarked on Operation Baby in December.
My girlfriend, Stephanie Gosk, and I are expecting a baby girl the end of August, Wolfe, 39, wrote in the debut post for her new pregnancy blog.
We felt like we wanted to share our adventures with a wide-eyed, little person, she blogged. The more we talked about it, the better the idea seemed.
Wolfe underwent artificial insemination with an anonymous donor, she told People magazine.
"We were constantly on the road, juggling a thousand balls at once," she told the mag. "Its a miracle we got it all together." - h ttp://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/tv-movies/jenna-wolfe-stephanie-gosk-nbc-reveal-engagement-baby-article-1.1300260
Congratulations to the happy couple.Here's hoping that soon, they will be able to consummate their love in an official legal ceremony, recognized in all 50 states.
Agreed!! Couldn't have said it better.
I would liike to point out an old song by Paul Anka named; " (You're) Having My Baby " And since you want to get technical, I will also say that the phrase "having our baby " is not a euphemism but a colloquialism.
Why did Jesus talk in parables?
I think you fail to understand the idiomatic part of the English language but no need to apologize, most new comers have a hard time with that. Taken literally;
How can you chop a tree down then chop it up?
Is it a bargain if you buy a violin, no strings attached?
Would rehearsing a sermon be how a pastor practices what he preaches?
How much money do you save when you receive a free gift?
Anyways, in the future, should you or anyone else require having someone explain colloquial English to them, I'll gladly help...for a fee.
You are reading way too much into this dear. Get a grip.
