Yes, but it is weird to see Dylan in a video about Santa Claus, at least I haven't saw him in one before.
Arch ,When you think about it there are very few R&R artists who have songs about Santa Claus . And when they do have such songs it is usually only one . I suppose you could ask "why now ?" .
