Instead of "parroting" platitudes and propaganda … ACTUALLY EMULATE PARROT BEHAVIOR.

Just sayin' …

Good morning, dear friend!

I'm sorry, but I don't think this group CAN be kind to one another.  They're so angry, they've lost their minds and reason...

LOVE the parrots!!!

Reason has given way to the sustained barrage of propaganda, misinformation, disinformation and slovenly perceptions based on stereotypes, scapegoating and willing ignorance.

I no longer "talk to the wall" … not here, nor, in face-to-face encounters with those who may well ultimately become victims of their own myopic bias. If/when such victimization becomes actual and demonstrably undeniable, maybe we can have honest dialogue.

Until then … I hope all who care to, will view my artwork.

This comment is not specifically directed toward you AMac, but a general comment.

Newstalkers has basically become a conservative and right wing echo chamber, with sporadic momentary exceptions. As far as seeding of 'progressive' or 'liberal' articles, if I am not doing it, and occasionally someone else, it is no longer happening.

I think this is a bigger issue to this forum than how many people to come to threads about artwork.  Sorry.

I think this is a bigger issue to this forum than how many people to come to threads about artwork.  Sorry.

I am not looking to quantify the number of discussions by forum, JR; I am biding my time, refraining from spinning my wheels, and, waiting until such time (if ever), that demonstrable reality, if/when denied, equivocated or called "fake news" … will be so clearly obvious that it will implode by virtue of common sense.

There will always be those who deny the inconvenient truth, and those who exploit them because they do so.

Who was it who said … "I SHALL RETURN"?

NOTE: I try to respond to all comments in my discussions … but I prefer this thread be "humanistic" rather than political. When the time presents itself, I'll return to the FP.

"Who was it who said … "I SHALL RETURN"?"

Why it was you of course my friend.

Just don't be disappointed if when you get back, no one is there.

Just lamenting the fact that for all the echo chamber claimed by one side, it appears the other side is being the loudest resonant.

But thankfully we can come here and rather than be drowned out by the noise, we can be dazzled by the light.

Keep bringing forth the light my friend.

Such a beautiful light it is...

Other people may not have the interest in "waiting out" the echo chamber that you do Mac.

When reality bites the echo chamber in the (metaphorical) asses of its constituents, I'll be there to rub salt in their wounds.
