In fact, I'd say that Anchorage AK may be due to the long cold winters... Besides, who feels up to going outside and being active when it's 100o in the shade with 98% humidity? Not me. Most of the places listed with the highest rates have high humidity... That's a huge deterrent to outdoor activities...
