I might just let one of those out loud screams come out soon if I have to keep seeing the phrase p-grabber anymore! It's getting out of hand...imo...no pun intended!
I've not done yoga, or tried it, as some of the positions will make my back and hip feel as if there is an electrical cord running down, sparking... If I could do it in a way where it won't hurt, I'd do it in a heart beat!
Yes, I've looked into it. Not knowing doodley squat about it, I felt that I should have a course in "how to". The only place that teaches that here is the YMCA, and it costs $250 to join-- a family membership, and I would have to do it family-wise. Well, my husband and son are uninterested, and that's a lot of $$ for just me. They won't let me have a single membership when I have a family. Then, you pay for the lessons, and etc.
Gee, that's a career thought. Take the course and get 'good enough' to teach it! LOL!
Check for free classes online. I used to have a resident that would have a Tai Chi "class" here in the building, he ended up with quite the following and the residents loved it.
I've seen several groups here, and if you try to follow along, on the sidelines, they give you evil looks, so I feel like I am disturbing them... Oh well! I'll check online.
How funny!!!
Cool!
Thanks, Bob!
LOL...yep, that about covers it! Good find Rockhound!! Thanks for sharing Dowser!
Thank you, dear Uppy! There are days when I have a scream in my head, and I had better not let it out!
I know...right? People have a tendency to look at you funny when you "forget" and scream out loud!
I know you do!
((((((((((((((Uppy)))))))))))))))
You've been through so much! Those head screams just keep on coming...
Thanks Dowser

Yup. Among others...
LOL, good one Rockhound.
He will be pleased that you like it! He's been unable to get on the site lately-- something wrong with his computer. I need to work on it!
I've been doing yoga for years. It makes you really limber. I may be old but i can do the splits and put both legs behind my ears.
I need to try yoga. Not that it would make me more limber, but it may be calming...
If your instructor looks like mine you won't be calm.
LOL!!!

Ever thought about trying Tai Chi?
