North Korea 'halts missile and nuclear tests', says Kim Jong-un
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has said his country will suspend all missile tests and shut down a nuclear test site, state media say.
"From April 21, North Korea will stop nuclear tests and launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles," the Korean Central News Agency said.
Mr Kim's decision comes a week before he is due to meet his South Korean counterpart Moon Jae-in.

Sounds like it was a total loss and not much of a "concession" from NK,
but that is consistent with their MO.
This will last only as long as it takes Kim to get everything he wants. He and his daddy did it before!

What I find interesting is his recent visit to meet with the Chinese PM and the upcoming meeting with the Russians.
I am guessing that the main reason Putin will meet with Kim is probably as payback to the U.S. over sanctions by the Trump administration.
