Trump Accused Of Fraud And Conspiracy Against The American People
Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-CA), the incoming chairman of the House Judiciary Committee said that Trump defrauded and conspired against the American people.

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

Rep. Nadler said on CNN‘s State Of The Union, “Well they would be impeachable offenses. Whether they are important enough to justify impeachment is a different question, but certainly, they would be impeachable offenses because even though they were committed before the president became president, they were committed in the service of fraudulently obtaining the office. That would be an impeachable offense, but the fact of the matter is what we see from these indictments and charging statements is a much broader conspiracy against the American people involving these payments, involving attempt to influence the campaign improperly, involving the Russians trying to influence the campaign, involving the president lying for an entire year about his ongoing business dealings with the Russians.”

What a dumbass this Nadler is. He is pulling the Comey/Clinton card by saying he thinks that what his opinion of what Trump might have done is serious enough for impeachment, but that no Congress in their right mind would impeach for what amounts to his opinion.

This way, he can dig out of his dumb ass  hole when it becomes obvious Trump did nothing wrong.

Nadler is a progressive leftist liberal Democrat from California. That speaks volumes in itself. But because he says that President Trump defrauded the American public, we are all supposed to just take it on faith that what he says is factual? I don't think so. Show concrete proof Mr Nadler, if you can.

Things are going to go so south for Trump that I believe he won't even run for re-election. When that happens, Bugsy will still be saying Trump did nothing wrong. There's no cure for it AMac.

Liberal hacks like Nadler have been accusing Trump of nonsense for the last three years. The only real question is will the Dems decide to impeach Trump on whatever phony charges and go down the same road the GOP did with Clinton with the exact same results.

For 20 years the left has dismissed all the criticism of Bill saying it was consensual sex. What do you think Trump was doing with Stormy Daniels? Trying to hide a fling is a pretty big step down from Trump working with Putin to steal the election.

Is there any proof that Monica was coerced? She has been very clear that it was consensual.

Clearing the Air Maintaining that her affair with Clinton was one between two consenting adults, Lewinsky writes that it was the public humiliation she suffered in the wake of the scandal that permanently altered the direction of her life: “Sure, my boss took advantage of me, but I will always remain firm on this point: it was a consensual relationship. Any ‘abuse’ came in the aftermath, when I was made a scapegoat in order to protect his powerful position. . . . The Clinton administration, the special prosecutor’s minions, the political operatives on both sides of the aisle, and the media were able to brand me. And that brand stuck, in part because it was imbued with power.”

Mueller isn't finished, so we don't know the scope of Trump's collusion.   If Trump knows that he is innocent then why is he so eager to attack the investigation?

None of the investigators are saying Trump was involved in a non consensual relationship with Daniels or McDougall. If you want to go into speculation about non consensual accusations there are plenty of those against Clinton too.

It always strikes me as kind of funny how offended Democrats and media pundits are when Trump's rally crowds chant "lock her up." But both of these pearl-clutching groups have been talking about impeaching Trump and throwing him in jail since before he was even elected. That's a level of hysteria I don't think any sane person could have ever predicted.

Do you still want to claim that there is no Russian collusion?

Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III on Tuesday recommended that former national security adviser Michael Flynn serve no prison time, citing his “substantial assistance” with several ongoing investigations, according to a new court filing .

Flynn was forced out of his post as national security adviser in February 2017 after the White House said he misled administration officials, including Vice President Pence, about his contacts with Sergey Kislyak, Russia’s ambassador to the United States at the time.

Since then, Flynn has been cooperating with Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 campaign, and his full account of events has been one of the best-kept secrets in Washington. He is one of five Trump aides who have pleaded guilty in the special counsel probe.

True, but what did Flynn know ? What all was Flynn involved in that may be illegal or wrong even ?

As far as I know Flynn was involved in telling the russians trump's plans about the russian sanctions before trump had legal power to really do so.

I think that falls under the logan act and no one has been even charged with it for like a hundred years, I think I also read that the only time anyone was charged with it the charges ended up dropped. So trump and flynn having a lot of trouble over just that,  I dont see it.

Like I asked, what all did Flynn know about what and was any of it illegal ?  Maybe we'll find out.  Maybe.

This reply is the prototypical argument from ignorance fallacy.

An argument from ignorance (Latin: argumentum ad ignorantiam), or appeal to ignorance ('ignorance' stands for "lack of evidence to the contrary"), is a fallacy in informal logic. It says something is true because it has not yet been proved false.

Well I dont see it that way at all.  I believe everything I stated is pertinent.  I see no fatalities in my post. I believe the questions I asked are important and as I said as far as I know what flynn was involved with doesn't seem to be collusion but perhaps a violation of the Logan act, which I doubt causes anyone a great deal of problems.  Which is petty realistic given the facts I know and the history of the logan act.

so, I submit your response back to me could be seen as is a form of denial of facts and an attempt at distraction.

Do you know what all flynn knows ?  I don't.

Do you know what all flynn was involved it ?   I don't

Do you have any proof anyone did any illegal colluding ?  I don't

I'd like to know, I hope we find out. Maybe we will. Time will tell.

True, but what did Flynn know ?

Probably nothing. If he had dirt on Trump, I don't think he'd be getting sentenced yet. Usually, prosecutors wait for witnesses to testify at trial before granting them the reward for cooperation. If Flynn isn't going to be testifying against Trump, that tells me he probably didn't have anything incriminating to say about him.

I'm just guessing, but there was so much noise in the media about any little connection to Russia, it doesn't surprise me that people would lie about mundane communications with Russia. The media and the Left have become very adept at making mountains out of molehills, so it doesn't shock me that people would not be forthcoming.

Yep, "as I said as far as I know what flynn was involved with doesn't seem to be collusion but perhaps a violation of the Logan act, which I doubt causes anyone a great deal of problems."

What you say is also true. But considering we really are kind of in uncharted territory honestly not much surprises me a great deal anymore on any of this.

IMO (only perhaps) But I see the trump flynn thing as flynn was enthralled with trump, thump used flynn as a good between to make nice with russia even before trump legally had the power to legally do so.

Once caught and flynn was made to see what they had done he lost his enthralment with trump and returned to his former self and spilled the beans, (also to save his own ass) and will probably not revert  back to being trumps "Pawn", Once burned, twice shy.

You are correct though flynn probably was not included in much else. No need for him, no need to include him.

PS: We'll probably see the same pattern over and over, drip by drip. For months to come. Cause as we all know, things in the swamp ooze slowly out most of the time.

Even that is probably not illegal. It's pretty standard for the president-elect to have an incoming staff or cabinet member make initial contact with foreign governments. Notice that Flynn isn't being prosecuted for violating the Logan act or anything similar. The poor guy probably lied for nothing.

I have no idea, I dont even know what was said by whom to whom. I do remember every living president still alive at the time saying trump had basically in their opinions trump had jumped the gun.

So while maybe not illegal not something our former presidents approved of. They all seemed to believe in and respect our one government at a time long standing policy.

trump dont care, IMO: He is not what I would consider a "willing" president. I think he believes this is job is actually a pain in the ass, but someones gotta do it and he believes he is the best man for the job. So in his mind he unwilling took the position, he'll do as he damn well pleases, besides we own him. So WTF is everyone's problem ?

Just stand back and I'll fix everyone's everything, My way.

"Okay, ever since I rebranded the White House to "Trump House, INC." it's been doing better than ever, things are great, the economy has never been better, I gave the biggest tax cuts in history (lie) and everything is running smoothly (lie) and everyone loves me (gag). I'm so great for America, so great, which is why it saddens me to have to announce Trump House INC. will be filing for bankruptcy. I got my tax cut that will work out to several million for me and my family, no point in me hanging around any longer. You'll all get pennies of value on the tax dollars you've paid over the years plus I'll be gutting social security because 20 years from now it might be insolvent, but my investor friends really want old peoples money now.

And it's all the Democrats fault of course, so if there's anywhere to lay the blame, lay it at the feet of a retired grandmother and an ex-President because of course, everything is their fault. It's their fault any promises I made might not have been kept like bringing back coal and manufacturing, the auto industry would be opening new plants instead of closing them or that the tax cuts would pay for themselves..."
