Trump stumbles through a Prayer Breakfast speech to evangelicals as he celebrates 'abolition of civil rights' and praises Karen Pence for teaching at anti-gay school while Pelosi cringes
'Together we will end the scourge of modern-day slavery that, because of the Internet, is at levels that nobody can believe,' he said.
- Trump spoke to an annual evangalical gathering in Washington
- Mangled praise for people of faith who brought about slavery abolition and the Civil Rights movement, mashing them up as 'abolition of civil rights'
- Tripped over admiration for police officer who 'raced' into gun massacre, saying he 'graced'
- Raised eyebrows by lionizing second lady Karen Pance for teaching at a Christian school known for its anti-gay policies
- Trump has a tortured relationship with evangelicals, once famously mispronouncing the name of St. Paul's Second Letter to the Corinthians

Not in any way. Do you read the bible or understand it?
How about another crazy sweeping generalization:

How about you take some time and look at the what the bible says. If you need help in that just tell me I'll help. Was not a generalization is it right out of the bible.
1.) I thought you didn't believe in the word of the bible
2.) That said, I've read the bible a couple times and i miss where Trump was mentioned even once.
3.) Stop using talking points someone from the Daily Kos or Huffington Post came up with. They make you look silly.
4.) Have a nice day Don
You can think what you want, however, just remember that I have opinions about you also
Trump is mentioned several time. Maybe you should get so aid on how to comprehend the Bible's passages.
Stop dreaming up your comments and learn what really exists.
Not in any bible i've ever read. Perhaps you are reading the "Progressive" Testament.
I missed that one.
Publish story nitpicking president for slips of tongue, verbal "typos" and so on. Then, incorrectly spell last name of vice-president's wife.
If only Trump only occasionally misspelled or misspoke or misidentified. We are not that lucky.
I don't think it is unfair for Americans to be embarrassed at the lack of speaking and writing skills of someone we elected to represent our people.
That's what some people thought about Obama and his 57 states. I agree Trump is worse, but it's pretty far down on the list of things I worry about.
Why do conservatives always try to equate Obama's one gaffe with Trump's dozens or even hundreds of gaffes?
Do you really think you have a point?
How about all Bush's gaffs you just ignore them too
I'm not equating. I did say Trump was worse. I just pointed out that he's not alone.
Is that a challenge? Do you seriously think Obama made only one gaffe? I mentioned only one for brevity's sake. If you really want to believe he only ever made one gaffe, I am happy to burst your bubble.
I didn't think it would be a productive use of my time to try to present all gaffes from all presidents through history. But YouTube is a rich repository (or "suppository" - see video) of such things if you're genuinely interested.
Just points to his ignorance and incompetence
Yet Obama didn't do it every time he spoke and your demigod does
In other words you do ignore them, not amazing
Yeah...that's an oopsie but I had to think about it for a second or two because I'm not British. "God Bless the Queen" sounds like "God Bless America" to me and I'll bet it did to Pres Obama, too. While I was watching it took me a second or two to realize the gaffe he made.
He probably should have paid more attention in his protocol class that morning
Trump at a Prayer Breakfast? Wow, talk about a fish out of water concept...
I bet he read a passage from his favorite Book of the Bible....Two Corinthians
hehehe
