Is it any wonder that the once Grand Old Party of Abraham Lincoln is now known merely as the gop?

Jenna Ellis, a lawyer on the legal team of President Donald Trump's re-election campaign, on Monday said she believes she's "doing the right thing for God and my country" by trying to help overturn swing state election results in Trump's favor.
"My life is in service and honor to the Lord Jesus Christ and so whatever anybody else says really doesn't bother me," Ellis told Fox Business anchorperson Charles Payne, when asked about her election efforts.
"Ultimately at the end of the day, as long as I know that I'm pursuing truth and I'm doing the right thing for God and my country," she continued. "That's all that matters. So that's what gives me my optimism and my hope."
In a Monday interview, Jenna Ellis, a member of President Donald Trump's legal team, said, "I'm doing the right thing for God in my country" by participating Trump's quest to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. She added that she hopes she can be a light and inspiration to everyone else no matter what anyone says about them. "It's all about just who you are as a person made in the image of God and in Christ," she said.
As of December 7, 2020, President-elect Joe Biden has won the 2020 presidential election with 7,061,839 more popular votes and 72 more electoral votes than Trump. Nevertheless, Trump and his legal team have filed about 40 lawsuits alleging widespread voter fraud in key swing states in an attempt to overturn the election in Trump's favor.
Nearly all of the lawsuits have been thrown out or withdrawn for lack of evidence by judges across the political spectrum: conservatives and liberals, Democrats and Republicans, some who were appointed by Trump himself.
The arguments pushed by Trump's legal team have also angered politicians across the political spectrum. One of the most controversial arguments asserted that Republican candidates across the country bribed communist countries to use voting machines to swing elections in their favor. Republican Iowa Senator Joni Ernst called the claim "outrageous" and "offensive."
On Saturday, Republican Georgia State Senator Elena Parent blasted Trump and his repeated claims of a vast conspiracy for causing death threats against herself and other election officials from Trump's Republican supporters.
"These sorts of threats are a direct result of the actions being taken by President Trump to overturn the will of the voters and to cause millions of Americans to lose faith in elections and other institutions which he has repeatedly attacked," Parent said. "The fact that it goes to depths like this instantaneously shows how critically important the moral character of the person occupying the White House is."
On Friday, California certified its election results, securing Biden a total of 279 votes from blue states, the Associated Press reported. A minimum of 270 electoral votes is needed to win the presidency.

Two possibilities:
- she's abysmally cynical,
- she's crazy... completely out of touch with reality.
She is most definitely explanation number two...
Dunno.
Is she "working" pro bono, or getting paid?

.
Well Hell then, if GOD told her...
Some have confused the gop with GOD. Go figure...
there off 10 knot goode spellerz
Using that thought process, why did God make Biden win?
Jesus,
got tired of Trumppy hoggin the spotlight...?
She is looking a Rudy like she wants some...
Some of these 'so called christians' keep me in a perpetual state of abysmal confusion.
1. I was taught that Lucifer was a 'fallen Angel' and not a God.
2. Ah, what is the point anymore anyway. Praise Jesus and pass the ammunition.
God's listening all right, Ms Ellis. She told me to tell you to get ready for a lightning strike...a figurative one. I hope you have a job lined up that doesn't require a law license
