North Texas man’s social-media posts of his role in riot at U.S. Capitol led to his arrest, feds say
At least four other North Texans face charges in connection with the insurrection

It seems like more and more of these MAGA terrorists are identified and then arrested every day. Here's another fascinating story-- one that shows just how incredibly stupid these people are:

Authorities say Nolan Cooke admitted pushing past police at the Capitol but denied going inside.(FBI)

A 22-year-old North Texas man has been arrested on multiple federal charges after authorities say he documented himself on social media taking part in a violent siege on the U.S. Capitol earlier this month.

Nolan Bernard Cooke faces charges of acts during civil disorder, unlawful activities on Capitol grounds and entering or remaining on restricted buildings or grounds and disorderly or disruptive conduct in or near restricted buildings or grounds. He is at least the fifth North Texan arrested in connection with the incident.

An FBI agent wrote in an affidavit that authorities began investigating Cooke after receiving at least three tips that he had been involved in the Jan. 6 riot. He posted pictures and video to multiple social media accounts, authorities say.

The tipsters all said that Cooke had filmed the incident with a GoPro camera he was wearing around his neck and that he posted video and pictures to Snapchat, according to the affidavit. Those images included pictures claiming he had been pepper-sprayed and Cook reacting to news footage that appeared to show him inside the Capitol, authorities said.

Authorities executed a search warrant Thursday at Cooke’s home in Savoy, about 15 miles east of Sherman.

At least four other North Texans face charges in connection with the insurrection: Larry Rendall Brock Jr. of Grapevine, Guy Wesley Reffitt of Wylie, Jennifer “Jenna” Leigh Ryan of Carrollton and Troy Anthony Smocks of Dallas.

Well, if you're going to break the law-- why not post it on Social media so that you can "show off" to your friends?

Most of these MAGA Terrorists are incredibly stupid-- they break the law, then boast about it-- even post selfies of themselves online-- or telling lots of people about their law-breaking!. (making the job of law enforcement all that eaiser!!!).

Here are two more of these nutcases:

INVESTIGATIONS Two Proud Boys Members Indicted In Attack On U.S. Capitol

One witness said Pezzola bragged that he broke the windows of the Capitol with a police shield and then entered the building. The witness also told authorities Pezzola admitted that he would have killed Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Mike Pence, if given the chance.
