According to the latest Rasmussen Reports survey just out, 45% of likely voters approve of the job Biden is doing.

Some 54% disapprove of Biden, a rise that is starting to parallel the often poor polling of former President Trump.

In a bad sign, 45% of likely voters said that they "strongly disapprove" of Biden, equal to his total approval which includes 27% who strongly approve of Biden.

Partisanship, as usual, is a heavy weight in the daily survey. While 77% of Democrats approve, 82% of Republicans disapprove.

And when asked about the direction of the nation under Biden, 63% said the nation is heading in the wrong direction, 33% in the right direction.

The survey follows a few days of terrible news about Biden's handling of the fall of Afghanistan, more reports of building inflation and spiking crime in the nation.

Looks like they must have polled more people grounded in reality.

If you wish to claim the poll is a lie, how about producing some evidence for your fucked up claim?

the only place a poll is mentioned are in the original story's tag and by you. it's a survey, not a poll. learn the difference before sounding even more foolish.

And yet he is still well above Trump's "average" approval rating, so Biden must be doing something right.  And you guys seemed okay with the previous administration's approval ratings.

Last Trump Job Approval 34%; Average Is Record-Low 41%

Per Reuters, his approval is now 46%

I'm surprised there wasn't a post about it. Seems like a little while ago every poll about Biden apparently justified a seed and adoring posts.  What happened to his fan club?

If the mainstream media covers for him every day, how did his approval rating go down?

The question is always, what would the Democrats approval rating be if billion dollar corporations weren't acting as their PR firm?

The US Chamber Of Commerce, allegedly a non partisan pro business entity for "main street" , has acted as an open shill for the Republican Party for as long as I can remember.

What network/newspaper chain does the Chamber control?

The Chamber is a special interest group, which spends a fraction of what organized labor does on Democrats.

The   U.S. Chamber of Commerce , a pro-corporate trade group, is the largest lobbying organization in the United States, and also works to influence policy in many other countries. [1]   The Chamber describes itself as "the world's largest business federation representing more than 3 million businesses and organizations of every size, sector, and region." [2]

Despite these claims, the  New York Times  reported in October 2010 that half of the Chamber's $140 million in contributions in 2008 came from just 45 big-money donors, many of whom enlisted the Chamber's help to fight political and public opinion battles on their behalf (such as opposing financial or healthcare reforms, or other regulations). [3]   The Chamber is "dominated by  oil companies pharmaceutical giants , automakers and other polluting industries," according to  James Carter , executive director of the  Green Chamber of Commerce . [4]

The Chamber has been described as becoming "a fully functional part of the partisan  Republican  machine " after CEO and president  Thomas J. Donohue  took office in 1997. Prior to Donohue's tenure, the Chamber "used to be a   trade association   that advocated in a bipartisan manner for narrowly tailored policies to benefit its members." [5]
