The official synopsis for Season 2:
Convinced Yennefer’s life was lost at the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia brings Princess Cirilla to the safest place he knows, his childhood home of Kaer Morhen. While the Continent’s kings, elves, humans and demons strive for supremacy outside its walls, he must protect the girl from something far more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses inside.
I've read that Cirilla also trains to be a Witcher herself and that does look to be true from the trailer below.

This is one of the series I've been most looking forward to this year. If you haven't seen season 1 on Netflix and you like swords and sorcery type stuff it's great.
