Charles McBride posted the footage of himself to Facebook with the humorous caption, 'When you’re stuck at home watching the Winter Olympics.'

Morning Krishna...that is hilarious...thank heavens their are people in this world that have not lost their sense of humour..

It's the early hours here and waiting to see if our Aussie can win a medal in the skeleton..if she does it will be our first ever medal in that event...not bad considering there are no ice tracks in the Southern hemisphere..

I think she trains in the States so fingers crossed...

G'day Shona1. Hope all is well with you.

Yes-- its quite true!

Actually I first discovered this as a "#Short" on Tiktok, although apparently it first appeared on Facebook.

Both sites have some fantastic things posted on them (along with the usual trollish garbage).

Wishing her good luck jrSmiley_2_smiley_image.png .

Reminds me of when the Jamaican Bobsled Team won the Gold Medal. (Pretty amazing when you consider Jamaica is not exactly a particular cold snowy country!!)

The Jamaica national bobsleigh team represents Jamaica in international bobsleighing competitions .

The men's team debut in the 1988 Winter Olympic Games four-man bobsleigh in Calgary, Alberta, was received as underdogs in a cold weather sport represented by a nation with a tropical environment. Jamaica returned to the Winter Olympics in the two-man bobsleigh in 1992, 1994, 1998, 2002, 2014 and 2022; a women's team debuted in 2018.

The team returned to the Olympics at the 1992 Winter Olympic Games in Albertville, France, and finished 25th.

They qualified for the 1994 Winter Olympic Games in Lillehammer, Norway. Critics were stunned when they finished in 14th place, ahead of the United States, Russia, Australia, and France.

At the 2000 World Push in Monaco the team won the gold medal.

My guess is that those black furry objects that appeared only briefly at times are his Curling coaches!

Meanwhile the Russian Olympic Committee's woman's curling team is turning the sport into an X-Games event.
