Agreed. Funny how Democrats loathe, detest, and despise the one they mockingly call the "Turtle". But the second he goes full on TDS stupid and decides it is time to hurt his own party; they suddenly think he is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Mitch is trying to save his own ass at this point. Many Republicans are not happy with his leadership in the Senate. If he doesn't get more Establishment Republicans in the fold he will may lose his position.
Golly Gee-- you musn't have been watching the same mainstream media stations as other people have. because I haven't seen many progressives in love with McConnell.
