Multiple victims in shooting at Tulsa hospital; gunman ‘down,’ police say

Multiple people were shot inside an Oklahoma hospital Wednesday and authorities said the shooter was "down."
The gunfire erupted at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Police Capt. Richard Meulenberg said.
Meulenberg said that several people may be dead and several others were wounded. It wasn't clear if the shooter, described as a man with a rifle, was dead or injured.
He said the gunman went to the hospital's second floor but a motive remained unclear.
