Emails could play a key role in proving Joe Biden has a corruption problem: Newly released emails appear to corroborate claims by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapely that Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf obstructed efforts to investigate Joe Biden's potential involvement in Hunter Biden's business dealings.

Shapely testified in June that Wolf obstructed the effort to obtain a search warrant to execute a search warrant of Joe Biden's Delaware home where Hunter Biden was living. Wolf was told on Sept. 3, 2020, that enough probable cause existed to execute a warrant there; however, she vetoed it because she worried about the political optics. Shapely noted that the request took place prior to the 60-day window before the election when the Justice Department usually defers against carrying out raids.

Email Suggests Wolf Discussed Biden Search Warrant With Law Enforcement

The latest email from Wolf released by the House Oversight Committee, dated Aug. 7, 2020, on which IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler was copied, noted that Wolf considered authorizing a warrant to search then-candidate Joe Biden's home and ordered that the items investigated be limited to items prohibited under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

Shapely stated in his testimony that IRS investigators obtained a WhatsApp text message allegedly sent by Hunter Biden to Chinese Communist Party official Henry Zhao. He reportedly partnered with Hunter Biden to form a company called Bohai Harvest LLC. Zhao partnered with Jia Liqing, the daughter of the former head of China's spy agency, the Ministry of State Security, and its internal security agency the Ministry of Public Security, Jia Chunwang.

Hunter Biden Received Chinese Cash While Living at Joe Biden's Home

Additionally, the House Oversight Committee noted that Hunter Biden listed Joe Biden's Delaware home as his address when he received a sizable payment from his Chinese business partners in Beijing.

"Bank records don't lie but President Joe Biden does. In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China. We've already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden's Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for President of the United States. When Joe Biden was vice president, he spoke on the phone and had coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing, and later wrote a college letter of recommendation for his children," House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., said.

Bank records show that Hunter Biden received a $250,000 wire from Jonathan Li and Tan Ling on Aug. 2, 2019. Hunter Biden's business partner Devon Archer testified that Joe Biden met with Li during a December 2013 stopover in Beijing and that he had promised to sign a letter of recommendation to get Li's daughter into Georgetown University.

Hunter Biden also received a $10,000 wire from Wang Xin of BHR Partners on Jul. 26, 2019.

"Joe Biden's abuse of public office for his family's financial gain threatens our national security. What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing? Americans demand and deserve accountability for President Biden and the First Family's corruption. The Oversight Committee, along with the Judiciary and Ways and Means Committees, will continue to follow the evidence and money to provide transparency and accountability," Comer said.

She apparently didn't want Joe Biden to look bad.

Joe Biden lied brazenly and repeatedly about his son and his business dealings.

Remember when Joe "never discussed any of Hunter's business"?

Or when he claimed that no one in the Biden Family profited from China?

What else is Joe lying about?

The lying is all coming from the far-right wing fascists.

Well, that certainly is a new one!

Never heard any liberals describe Biden quite that way.

But once again, still, an excellent example of misusing a word.

Did Joe say his son never got money from China? YES!!!

Biden said his son earned no money from China. His son says otherwise. - The Washington Post

or is it your position now that Hunter Biden is lying?

Damn!  Talk about a weak ass argument, coming from someone who can't even define "fascist".    jrSmiley_91_smiley_image.gif

Seriously, are you saying the none of the credible evidence against Hunter Biden and Associates is just a pack of lies?   jrSmiley_99_smiley_image.jpg

My mail gets sent to my parent's house sometimes... and?

When charges are filed I will take it seriously.

do you regularly have your parents address listed as your own, especially when you live on the opposite coast?

but probably no wire transfers to you listed your parents address when you lived elsewhere.

Nope. But that still doesn't implicate Joe, all that shows is that Hunter listed that as his address.

I am not a huge fan of Biden, but you gotta give me something concrete. His son being an idiot is not a crime.

Why would a crackhead living in California list his Dad's address (who was actively campaigning to be PotUS) in Delaware for a wire transfer from China? Sorry, fixed it...

Uh huh, just none strong enough to bring charges. So apparently Joe is a criminal mastermind or everyone investigating him is just retarded. And of course the third option, there is no "there" there.

A legitimate case can be made if anything Joe did benefitted his family. That's bribery.

Now see, that's why I rephrased it. How many crackheads have you known? I've known a couple over the years,  and I can't imagine any of them having money sent to anyone else but them unless they thought they could access those funds immediately.

A lucid moment in which he thought it was best if the CCP sent money to his father's home, who also happened to be campaigning, from his basement, to be PotUS?...
