The detailed breakdown includes 19,335 emails with Hunter Biden's private equity firm, Rosemont Seneca; 4,243 emails with Hunter Biden; 1,751 with Jim Biden; and 3,738 with Jim Biden's Lion Hall Group consulting firm. Correct. Biden may have needed to register as a foreign agent to conduct that business. The question is whether or not Biden broke the law.
I am not 100% sure, but apparently FARA requirements don't apply to any Biden Family members acting as foreign agents.
