AOC heckled in fiery town hall: 'All you care about is illegal aliens'

A town hall hosted by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. touting the apparent benefits of the Green New Deal ended up turning some attendees red with anger on Thursday.
The socialist lawmaker was speaking at an event in Queens in New York City where she was heckled by two attendees who accused her of caring more about illegal immigrants than those whom she was elected to represent. One of the hecklers, Jonathan David Rinaldi, said he is challenging Ocasio-Cortez for her congressional seat.
"My name is Jonathan David Rinaldi and I'm running for Congress against AOC, the Green New Deal is a scam," Rinaldi shouted as Ocasio-Cortez was championing environmental justice provisions and climate change policies under the deal.
"They’re giving the NYCHA apartments away, they’re giving illegal aliens $10,000 a day… I want you to debate me AOC, debate me."
NYCHA, the New York City Housing Authority, is an agency that oversees the city’s public housing projects and Rinaldi told Fox News Digital he believes lawmakers are trying to move illegal immigrants into those developments at the expense of citizens.
Ocasio-Cortez could be seen smiling on the stage as security tried to eject Rinaldi.
Another man then rose from his seat and joined in with the shouting.
"Secure the border now," the man barked at Ocasio-Cortez while waving his finger at her.
"You haven’t said one word about violent Venezuelan migrants, illegals."
"You don’t care, all you care about is illegal aliens and their votes. You don’t care about your constituents."
"That’s all you care about, you’re a disgrace."
he man was soon drowned out by Ocasio-Cortez’s supporters shouting "AOC, AOC," and clapping their hands.
The man was also making references to the vicious attack by migrants on the NYPD last month.
As Rinaldi was being led out of the venue, he shouted: "Every single one of us is being sold out by people that have brought illegals here to vote."
He then clashed with an Ocasio-Cortez supporter before he turned and heckled at the congresswoman again.
"You only represent the illegal aliens."
Well clearly I don't, because I'm an elected member of Congress, so keep it pushing bro," Ocasio-Cortez snapped back.
After the men were removed from the venue, Ocasio-Cortez then commented on her stance on immigration.
"Clearly, this community -- Astoria, Jackson Heights, also across the Bronx – clearly supports progressive immigration policies that welcomes all of our neighbors."
"We clearly support a path to citizenship, we clearly support ending draconian immigration policies and that is why you all… support my representation of our community in Congress because we have had enough."
Her comments were met with applause and a woman shouted "thank you."
"We have seen the voices that are anti-immigrant in this country are very very loud but they are very very few and we have to look around and realize how many of us are here in support of our neighbors and an acknowledgment of the fact that virtually all of us are descendants of immigrants, or indigenous people, or enslaved people," Ocasio-Cortez said.
The hecklers were demonstrating illegal immigration and not all immigration.
While illegal and legal migrants are prohibited from voting, the New York City Council passed legislation in 2021 that would have given non-citizens residing in the country for at least 30 days the right to vote. New York Mayor Eric Adams enacted the law upon taking office in January 2022 but it was ruled illegal several months later and an appeal to the ruling was denied by a New York state appeals court.
Nearly 7.3 million migrants have illegally crossed the southwest border under President Biden's watch, a number greater than the population of 36 individual states, a Fox News analysis has found .
New York City has provided for more than 178,600 migrants since the spring of 2022 with approximately 65,000 still in the city’s care, according to the mayor’s office.

One democrat, a senator from connecticut, did come out and say about illegals “they are the ones we care most about.” And he said”we”, not “I”. Yet stupid, brain dead liberals will continue to vote for morons like that. America last ya know.

For decades, democrats, mostly white liberals, bent over backwards and catered to minority groups (the legal ones) in this country. They lied to them, got their votes, then forgot about them. Wash, rinse, repeat for many election cycles.
Today, it is illegals most democrats care about. Legal minorities are being pushed away from the table because many of them have finally woken up to the bs democrats have been pushing on them for the longest time.
White liberals know they will not have control of citizen minorities much longer, so they are looking at the next minority block they can bs.

Illegal immigrants also claim indigenous heritage. North American Indians are not the only indigenous people in the New World. Isn't it interesting that the Aztec and Mayan cultures in Central and South America are considered 'civilizations' comparable to other civilizations in history. North American Indians don't make that claim, do they?
The next minority in the US is white. The actual numbers of white people in the US has remained fairly stable. The white population is becoming a minority because of the influx of other indigenous and non-European ethnicities.
As the white population becomes a minority, the United States will shift away from being Eurocentric. The United States will gradually shift toward looking inward and becoming a New World power. NAFTA was intended to be a precursor to establishing a New World bloc of influence. Neoliberals killed the promise of that future by exploiting heritage for money. Money is all, money is everything. But that is a consequence of white Eurocentric culture which will fade as the white population becomes a minority.
The coming brown majority has been indoctrinated to expect government sponsorship, support, and assistance. That welfare past dictates a tribal future for the United States. And tribes typically don't prioritize anything beyond their tribe. As your questions suggest, minority politics has focused attention on government benefits for minorities. What has the government done for Native Americans lately? That's not an outward looking concern.
I suggest that you learn what you're talking about when it comes to Indians. First off most of the so-called ''cartered things'' are due us as payment for treaties in which NAs gave up millions of acres of land in return for certain things. Of course, other minorities don't receive since they didn't give up millions of acres of land and timber and mineral rights. The black population cannot copy NAs since they did not nor do not have millions of acres of land to give up.

Yes, non-indigenous people and North American Indians do make that claim there are the ''Five Civilized Tribes'' per the US government and numerous other tribes/nations that are considered civilizations such as the Pueblo, Cathoia, Mound Builders, and the Mississippian civilizations for starters.

So, I'm lectured that American Indians, who have been named Native Americans by someone, are entitled to aggrieved reparations for historical events. But that history is not part and parcel of the heritage of Native Americans.
The narrative shifts, twists, and is turned inside out for the purpose of exploiting the past that is not heritage to obtain reparations that aren't government handouts.
Aren't tribal cultures and customs rather autocratic? I mean, tribes didn't hold referendums on treaties; the people in charge made those treaties. Didn't Stand Watie screw over the Cherokee? Quite a contrast with Keokuk of the Sauk (?). But that history is discarded on the heap of forgotten memories. History ain't heritage, after all.
I'm looking forward to a white minority because the politics of victimhood that today's minorities depend upon just ain't gonna work. Today's minorities have all the answers for all the problems so when they're in charge everything will be great.
Right now, minorities keep putting old white people in charge. They don't have to do that; they have the numbers to begin electing their own to offices of authority. Apparently it's a lot easier to exploit history that is not heritage when old white people run things.
The brown majority won't trace their origin to Europe. That's a simple fact. The obvious consequence of a brown majority is that the United States will stop being Eurocentric. The geopolitics of the US under the leadership of a brown majority will begin to resemble that of the southern hemisphere. That is where the brown majority is coming from. That's a natural consequence of shifting demographics in the United States. The United States isn't going to become more Nordic because of increased migration from the southern hemisphere.
Expecting the US to continue being Eurocentric under a brown majority just ain't rational. Isn't that a desire motivated by dependence upon exploiting history that isn't heritage? The politics of victimhood will become passé.
