Kids Avoid Felony By Defacing Pride Mural With 'Free Gaza' Skid Marks
SPOKANE, WA — In an effort to avoid a felony conviction, kids riding scooters over a roadway pride mural spelled out "Free Gaza" in skid marks. City authorities, while initially upset, have since commended the youth on their stunning bravery.
"We were going to arrest them for hate crimes but then they wrote out 'Free Gaza'," Spokane police officer Larry Mecham told reporters. "We can't do anything to them if they support Gaza. It's the law."
The three teens were seen popping wheelies and zooming around the rainbow-painted crosswalk over the weekend. Local coffee shop employees reported the horrific crime to the police before noticing the kids had written out "Free Gaza" in skid marks across the road.
"Stand down!" Shouted barista Terresa Brand as SWAT surrounded the area. "They're allies! Look! They love Gaza. You can't arrest them!"
As of publishing time, the teens had been arrested after they had gone back and written "From Hamas" after the "Free Gaza" skid marks.
LOL. what a dilemma that would cause.
They should get summer jobs, instead.
