U.S. — Secret Service has reported that former President Donald Trump sustained only minor injuries in an assassination attempt, leaving the number of dead Presidential candidates at one.

"We can now confirm there is only one dead Presidential candidate," announced Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham. "Praise the Lord that former President Trump is alright."

The nation breathed a sigh of relief upon learning that there was still one remaining Presidential candidate with a pulse. "I'm just so glad one of our leaders is still alive," said local woman Allison Thompson. "It would be such a tragedy to have lost both Presidential candidates."

At publishing time, America had expressed its deep gratitude for its one leader that not only was alive, but was calm enough under literal gunfire to let the nation know he was okay.

How ironic that you should bring that up in a right wing satirical article claiming Biden is dead.

Ironic? No, it would have been if I said;

We're done talking about the rally, it's time to put Biden in a bullseye.

Don't you think?

No, I don’t think so.  A bullseye is a bullseye, but calling a living president “dead” is a bit more explicit.

Okay, I will concede that point.

We should say Joe Biden is alive but brain dead.

There, all fixed!

The left likes to pretend that words only matter when they are said by Republicans and can fit into their little fits of anger.

It’s been reported that the trump campaign had requested numerous times for extra secret service security. Each time they were turned down by DHS. Rfk jr. has asked for secret service protection too and has been denied. This is a bunch of bullshit.

Apparently not, too bad for the dead fire chief and the two critically wounded.  Oh well, they are all deplorable anyway.

It’s been reported that the trump campaign had requested numerous times for extra secret service security. Each time they were turned down by DHS. Rfk jr. has asked for secret service protection too and has been denied. This is a bunch of bullshit.

That claim has already been refuted by both the Secret Service and the FBI after Congressman Mike Waltz made the claim.

The Secret Service has denied claims it refused additional protection to former   President Donald Trump   before the assassination attempt on him Saturday.

There is “an untrue assertion that a member of the former President’s team requested additional security resources & that those were rebuffed,” Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi   wrote on X , the site formerly known as Twitter. “This is absolutely false. In fact, we added protective resources & technology & capabilities as part of the increased campaign travel tempo.”

The Secret Service’s denial appears to come in response to an allegation by Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) that Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas had refused to boost Trump’s protective measures.

They still need to explain the obvious security lapse that allowed the would be assassin to get a clear shot at Trump.
