Not required if the IOC just followed its anti doping mandate fairly and equitably.    Unfortunately the IOC is just too rotten to the core for that to happen.

Lol so not a fan of my idea.  Too bad it might be fun to watch some sprinter run a 5 second 100 meter dash or a weighlifter lift 10,000 pounds
