I concur, it's been a lovely day. Never have I let an election ruin my day or change my views about the awesome country I've been blessed to live in. My displeasure over the election results doesn't make me or my opinions any less American.
My siblings are thrilled with the results, I'm wondering if I'll be posting negative cartoons on their FB pages in the near future......time will tell!
My wife has wanted a dog for years; she's recently retired and, although I have resisted (since our last dog died many years ago), this dog was a "rescued" animal and I could not bear the thought of it being destroyed.
Not me. I wore my first pair of long pants for the first time last Saturday since last winter. I like it hot. But I do like snow as well just as long as I don't have to be out in it. I don't mind getting out in it, but I hate to have to get out in it.
Do you raise turkeys? Grandma raised turkeys as a girl, and she said they were the stupidest birds she ever saw... She said when it rained, they would look up and drown...
Not sure where you are, but I think (!) that there isn't much rain where you are...
sometimes I'm in TX and sometimes I'm in WY. No I don't raise turkeys. these are all wild ones and I never thought of them as being stupid, after all they know when its time to eat....

I don't think the wild ones are-- they manage to do well! It's the domestics that aren't too bright!
