JD Vance continues amplifying pet-eating falsehoods
If I have to create stories so that the American media actually pays attention to the suffering of the American people, then that's what I'm going to do, Dana,

Drawing By Sophie Hei

Tacit admission that he just makes shit up. And the reason that he makes shit up? So the people will talk about it.

The people of this country do not need any more of the fake news that is coming out of the Trump/Vance campaign. And No, it is not ironic that the perpetrators of fake news are Donald's. He has always lied, cheated, and created "victories" out of thin air. He corrupts everything he touches.

JD Vance is a liar. And not a very good one.

I actually don’t think he was taking credit for inventing the story. I do think he is taking credit for amplifying it for the purpose of getting people outraged over something they otherwise would not care about.

That could be justified - even laudable - if we were talking about a real problem that should concern people. Think: whistleblowing.

Instead, we’re talking about a racist fantasy, crafted to dehumanize law-abiding people who aren’t harming anyone, just for political gain.

He purports to care about his constituents who's pets are being eaten. But they are not. At all. So it is a mighty fine distinction between inventing the story and amplifying it.

Bullshit reason, bullshit newb, spewing bullshit so no one will pay attention to Kamala in her voice, not theirs.

I didn't create 20,000 illegal migrants coming into Springfield, thanks to Kamala Harris' policies. Her policies did that. But yes, we created the actual focus that allowed the American media to talk about this story and the suffering caused by Kamala Harris' policies.

They were legal migrants, as per the Governor of Ohio in the video.

This type of lie creates the appearance of a problem where there is none and actually multiplies problems. But Trump-n-Duh can't stop. Guilt is inadmissible.

As soon as it was expedient to start claiming such.

Ranks right up there with Presidential control of the economy /s

In a way, it would be kind of refreshing watching this blow up in their collective faces if it weren't for the legal Haitian migrants stuck in the middle of it all. Trump and Vance are digging themselves into a hole. They don't even realize it. Kind of like in the cartoons where the villain keeps screaming out orders and invective and ends with,"...I would've gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids," before he gets lead away to prison.

How long till sentencing again??

It has actually been postponed until after the election. November 20-something, I believe.

Yes, I thought it was the 18th for some reason. No matter. It won't be long until he, at least, is in the rear view mirror.

Too bad the nutters around Springfield, OH didn't get the message. I am sure that the Haitians and the public officials cannot pass it off as such.

Tacit admission that he just makes shit up.

Lol. From a seed containing only a precisely edited  snippet of an interview because showing the entire interview context destroys the entire fake narrative Democrats are trying to create.

Not only does the interview itself disprove the dishonest argument being made, but it also ignores the actual public evidence that predates Vance saying anything on the topic.

The doubly dishonest seed!  Well Done!

Glad to see you participating.

He said it, not me. He meant it , also.

He said 20,000 illegal immigrants. Untrue.

He said that people were calling his office and telling him that their dogs were being eaten. Why would someone call their senator for a local law enforcement need? I don't believe it.

Springfield, Ohio likes their legal migrants who show up and are ready to work.
