BREAKING: Judge finds probable cause to hold Trump admin. in contempt over deportation flights

BREAKING: U.S. District Judge James Boasberg said probable cause exists to find the Trump administration in contempt for violating his order, explaining that he didn’t reach that conclusion lightly but that officials failed to provide satisfactory answers to explain their actions.
“The Constitution does not tolerate willful disobedience of judicial orders — especially by officials of a coordinate branch who have sworn an oath to uphold it,” Boasberg wrote in a lengthy opinion.

Whenever someone says they didn't make a decision lightly it means they made the decision very lightly.
Just where did you garner that 'pearl of wisdom' from?
This would mean something if District Judges had jurisdiction in this matter.
My money is that he was prodded by outsiders to make his "decision".
Then why is a district judge trying to bring a foreign countries citizen with allegations of terrorism and human trafficking back?
…due process…
This judge needs to take up with the State Department. This is all their realm. Not a district court.
trump supporters that took an oath to defend the constitution think they get to determine who it applies to ...
…hence the nightmare scenario in which we find ourselves.
it'll be very entertaining watching maga try to unring the bell when trump defies and disables the constitution ...
