BREAKING: Judge finds probable cause to hold Trump admin. in contempt over deportation flights

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

BREAKING: U.S. District Judge James Boasberg said probable cause exists to find the Trump administration in contempt for violating his order, explaining that he didn’t reach that conclusion lightly but that officials failed to provide satisfactory answers to explain their actions.

“The Constitution does not tolerate willful disobedience of judicial orders — especially by officials of a coordinate branch who have sworn an oath to uphold it,” Boasberg wrote in a lengthy opinion.

"U.S. District Judge James Boasberg said probable cause exists to find the Trump administration in contempt for violating his order, explaining that he didn’t reach that conclusion lightly but that officials failed to provide satisfactory answers to explain their actions."

Whenever someone says they didn't make a decision lightly it means they made the decision very lightly.

U.S. District Judge

This would mean something if District Judges had jurisdiction in this matter.

explaining that he didn’t reach that conclusion lightly

My money is that he was prodded by outsiders to make his "decision".

“The Constitution does not tolerate willful disobedience of judicial orders — especially by officials of a coordinate branch who have sworn an oath to uphold it,”

Then why is a district judge trying to bring a foreign countries citizen with allegations of terrorism and human trafficking back?

This judge needs to take up with the State Department.  This is all their realm.  Not a district court.
