This is a really good show, it's on Netflix.
Very well done and the stories are heartwarming.
Something that you may want to watch.
This show talks about mature themes with grace and dignity. It tackles issues such as STD's, prostitution and abortion. It does a very nice job showing what women go through with childbirth. It also brings to light women's reproductive health. It also addresses elder care, poverty, unemployment, alcoholism and drug problems.
It doesn't preach or have any kind of political agenda.
It's well worth checking out.

I have family who LOVE this show, but I've only seen a couple of episodes, myself, even though I'm generally a big fan of British period dramas.
I may have to watch some more of it one of these days.
