I know there are people here who watch some of these shows and can maybe give an opinion on who they would like to see win.
The only thing that really surprised me about this is the fact that Spike Lee's movie "Da 5 Bloods" was completely shut out. I think that movie is one of the favorites for various Academy Award nominations.
I watched "Ratched" and believe that Sarah Paulson has earned her nomination along with the show itself. Jason Bateman is my choice for best actor
I think she is a great actress although she tends to be in horror and weird roles which I am not that big a fan of.
I thought she was great as Marcia Clark in The People vs OJ Simpson a few years ago.
Yeah, she did American Horror Story for years.
I am so happy this young actress was nominated. Her willingness, not to mention enthusiasm, to take part in some extremely vulgar scenes and dialogue was something to behold. And through it all she has this little girl (character is supposed to be 15) cheerfulness and curiosity. I thought her performance was amazing.

Personally I am not a fan of people that make millions of dollars slapping each other on the back.
