Yeah, the story is making the rounds. What is significant about this story is being published in the Hindustan Times. Did US politics have any influence on India's general election that just finished on June 1? Of course Americans are special, they're allowed to leave pecker tracks all over politics in other countries but are upset when foreigners intrude on their own elections.
BTW, for the dimmer wits in the new cycle audience, this is a story that was created by Barack Obama and not by Joe Biden. Obviously Obama thinks he knows more about everything than anybody. Obama's intrusion into the occasion was very Clintonesque so it's necessary to blame Biden. Typical Democrat mentality.

In a viral video, former president Barack Obama was seen guiding Joe Biden off the stage at a Los Angeles fundraiser after the president appeared to freeze up. The incident took place after Biden and Obama appeared in a 45-minute interview with late-night host Jimmy Kimmel at the Peacock Theater.
The video shows the men standing for applause at the star-studded event, when Biden’s gaze appeared to become fixed on the crowd for at least 10 seconds before Obama led him off the stage, taking him by the wrist. At the event, the Biden campaign successfully raised over $30 million, according to New York Post. Celebrities like George Clooney, Julia Roberts and Barbra Streisand attended the event.
Many social media users commented on the above video, shared by British broadcaster Piers Morgan, with one of them writing, “No offense... But I'll never understand why old folks, and I mean rich old men and women just can't leave politics alone and simply go on about their lives and enjoy EVERY bit of it until the last day. Too rich to be embarrassing oneself on national tv like this..” “They're just going to keep on pretending that it's not happening and continue touting Biden as "Sharp, energetic, and full of vigor",” one user said, while the other wrote, “Clearly President Obama seems to have stepped in and taken charge.”
“Why does it look like Biden is some old statesman that Obama is wheeling out to wave his hand and smile at the audience? This cannot possibly be the leader of the free world,” one user wrote, while another said, “Got to feel for Biden. Someone needs to look after the old boy and take him out the limelight.” “It’s so embarrassing they have allow this go on,” one user wrote.
Meanwhile, some users sympathised with Biden and his inability to function well. “If he was your father would you send him to the local shops with a shopping list and expect him to get home? It's cruel. They are humiliating him allowing this to carry on,” one user said. Another said, "I'm sure mainstream media will again cry about "camera angles" and "framing". Anything but admitting this is elder abuse."
One user, in fact, even said that he believes the incident is being blown out of proportion that Biden did not really freeze up. “I was there . I saw three young adults yelling at Pres. Biden in front row. @POTUS Biden tried to listen and didn’t freeze up. He seemed ready to respond, Now incorrect news is spreading. Sharing my perspective,” the user wrote.

Saint Barack Obama created this story by intruding. And Saint Obama can't run any longer so doesn't need the spotlight. Obama threw Biden under the bus for intruding on his show. It's quite amazing what Democrat candidates will tolerate just to get money. These Biden rallies are like grifter conventions.

The Hindustan Times is published in Delhi, India. The seed provides some insight into how the rest of the world views US politics. Joe Biden isn't running against Narendra Modi is he? So, the news published by a foreign news source wouldn't seem to be partisan.
BTW, the blame for the incident falls squarely upon Barack Obama's shoulders. Why did Obama think he needed to intrude, grab Biden's hand, and lead Biden off the stage? Was this supposed to be an Obama show or a Biden show? Obama is done, he doesn't need the spotlight any longer.
A simple gesture that is blown entirely out of proportion by partisans pursuing every angle no matter how dishonest.

The crowd was cheering Biden and Obama was ready to go but was not supposed to just walk off. It all looks perfectly natural. The far right keeps lowering expectations for Biden. Everyone around the President says they are confident he is up to debating Trump next week!

Pretty much every day Biden is in public there is video of him freezing, wandering off, mumbling incoherently or otherwise requiring help. After each and every one, Progressives will tell us how normal that is. Grown men take other healthy men by the wrist and lead them somewhere in the office every day, right?
It's amazing to watch progressives desperately try to deny reality. They post edited videos, defend staged interviews with pre planned questions, pretend what we see happen didn't really happen etc..
If Biden wins, the same progressives who currently lie about Biden being perfectly healthy and in command will magically start noticing these exact same stumbles and use it to push him out of office sooner rather than later. And if he loses and is safely out of power the truth will come out about what's been going on behind the scenes as journalists start doing their job once Biden no longer needs to be protected. At which point, the people who have bene shilling for him will immediately say "who cares" "it's old news" "It's time to move on" and refuse to admit they embarrassed themselves by trying to deny reality. All of these videos posted (except one - I saw the Juneteenth celebration where President Biden did indeed freeze for maybe five seconds or so - it was odd I have to admit, but nothing at all like when #34 froze for about twenty or 30 seconds during his current rant/rave session and was nodding his head at something) have been edited or taken out of context to show something that is not true.
