MSNBC host Rachel Maddow is literally freaking out about the 2024 Presidential campaign of former President Donald Trump. Maddow aired a segment on her show recently to discuss Trump's supposed plan to reform federal law enforcement, including the FBI.

Videos by Rare

Maddow was devastated to learn that Trump will be acting to restrain these agencies which have become rogue, lawless protectors of the Washington D.C. political class if elected in 2024. We don't need to look further than the individual classified documents scandals of Trump and Biden to see that the current modus operandi of the FBI is pure protectionism for their political allies, and a targeted annihilation of their enemies.

"The leading Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump and Republicans more broadly, have this plan they want to put in place if the Republican Party wins the Presidency in 2024. They're calling it project 2025, because this is a plan that is supposed to go into effect upon the inauguration of Donald Trump in 2025. Either Trump, or some other Repulbican President gets inaugurated in January of 2025 and Project 2025 thereby goes into effect. This plan is being coordinated by a right wing think tank called the Heritage foundation, and it is a plan to radically change the form of governance that we have in the United States. So as to concentrate all the power of the government in the hands of a single leader", Maddow claimed on her show

Maddow purports that Trump's changes to the Justice Department would in turn result in a federal law enforcement which only acts to the needs and wants of the President. Is she aware of what is happening at the DOJ right now? As it stands today, federal law enforcement does nothing but the bidding of the Washington D.C. swamp.

In the ultimate twist of truth, Maddow claims that Trump would politicize an already heavily politicized Justice Department. Perhaps Maddow is simply scared that the FBI would stop acting as a protective entity to her Democrat friends.

See Maddow's full freakout below…

NYT & MSNBC are really worried about @Prjct2025 What would they do without unelected bureaucrats to carry out leftist agendas & give state-adjacent media like them their talking points?

This part right here pretty much sums it up...........

Maddow purports that Trump's changes to the Justice Department would in turn result in a federal law enforcement which only acts to the needs and wants of the President. Is she aware of what is happening at the DOJ right now? As it stands today, federal law enforcement does nothing but the bidding of the Washington D.C. swamp.

Ahhh those tables may turn once again.........................

Rachel "Mad Dog" Maddow has done what Don Lemon did with the liberal left MSM. She let her over bearing and over opinionated big mouth leave her with little to no journalistic news relevance and made her a laughing stock just like Lemon did.

[DELETED]

The seeded article does not contain a single link of evidence that  "the current modus operandi of the FBI is pure protectionism for their political allies, and a targeted annihilation of their enemies."

Nor a single link to any reputable source, other than a posting of the video from Maddow's show, which was of course an opinion piece too.

The article presumes it would be a good thing to "deconstruct the administrative state". Many people would call that idiocy.

Many more would call it sanity. According to the Constitution, which many lefties hate, only the legislature gets to make federal law.  Of course, you wouldn't be saying that if these agencies were full of Conservatives instead of left wing crazies.

Didn't Rachel Maddow also embarrass herself, the Democrats and the left when she tried to prove Trump didn't pay taxes?  AND she tried to blame the viewers for his massive failure.

That was an epic failure, wasn't it?  She was so convinced he did something wrong, she didn't bother to look at what she would be reading live. That is when America learned that Trump paid $38 million in taxes in 2005 alone. He also paid at the rate of 25%... a higher rate than Bernie Sanders.

It was Butch Cronkite's most embarrassing moment.

Didn't you know...I was told yesterday that we are up against some brilliant minds. They know what Trump is thinking! There is one who gets paid by the New York Times. She is the Trump expert. Her name is Maggie Habberman. Today she said "Trump needs to win the election as a defense against possible jail time."  Talk about conspiracy theories!  He fought over documents and they have him running for President to avoid the electric chair!

Trump took dozens of boxes of classified documents home with him.  The DOJ asked him to return them and if he had returned them probably nothing would have happened to him but he refused.  How many boxes of classified documents should Biden get to take home with him when he leaves office?

The only two tiered justice system I see here is that Trump is free on no cash bail (no cash bail is strongly opposed by the GOP btw) and still has his passport.  If you or I had done the same thing we would be rotting in jail with  Jack Teixeira.

That's why an honest prosecutor would never charge Trump with "Espionage."

Jack Teixeira may have possessed more classified material than did Trump.  And storing classified material in an online chat room is much less secure than a bathroom.

Republicans are opposed to no cash bail.  Trump didn't have to post a bond to be released.  He was released on his own recognizance.  He has his passport, his own jet, and boyfriends in Russia and North Korea.  He's a flight risk and a national security risk and should be in jail awaiting trial.  That's where you would be if you were caught with boxes of secret docs.

Happens all the time. It's not like he held up a liquor store with a gun.

Seems that Hillary, Obama, and Brandon are all above the law. All had classified documents- not one of them were charged.

Hillary mishandled classified documents removing labels and sending them across an unsecured server. She also destroyed government property cell phones; pads; and bleachbit her private server in order to obstruct the investigation. Last I checked the DOJ still hasn't picked up the ball that Comey fumbled by not pressing charges against her.

Obama had classified documents in an unsecured warehouse. He paid 3 million to have them transferred back to archives in DC a couple of years after leaving office. Not a peep out of the FBI/DOJ.

Brandon had classified documents from both his time as Senator and VP. The Special Counsel to Garland is moving so slowly on the investigation you can't even tell there is one.

But Trump they ramrod charges through in record time.

Seems that Trump will be held to the same standards as the rest of us- even though he was President and can declassify any documents that originated during his administration.

Get that all important D behind your name and laws don't matter any longer.

Dozens of boxes?  The media has been talking about 300 'sensitive' documents which wouldn't fill one box.  The National Archives claims to have found 150 sensitive documents in the 15 boxes of material Trump turned over in January.  And the FBI has claimed that another 200 - 300 sensitive documents were found in 33 boxes seized by the FBI.  The 'sensitive' label is used to intentionally mislead because most of the sensitive material was marked CONFIDENTIAL and not marked SECRET or TOP SECRET.

So, out of 48 boxes of materials recovered from Trump, the amount of sensitive material wouldn't fill one box and the bulk of that sensitive material was marked CONFIDENTIAL.

What the boxes contained is irrelevant.  They all belong to the US government.  He was asked to give them back and refused.  If he had returned them when asked there would likely be no charges at all.

Your Social Security card belongs to the US government and contains information that has been declared CONFIDENTIAL by Federal statute.  Any form or document that contains your SoSec number contains CONFIDENTIAL information under US law.  Everyone possesses more sensitive government information than they likely realize.

Let's see what happens after he leaves the Oval Office.

So far, the classified docs found in his possession in several unsecured locations were from when he was a US senator and VP and he didn't have the constitutional right to remove those docs.

You're talking logic Greg.  Note - the three listed have this "D" behind their names - along with the other Clinton who was never charged for the documents he still has.

Trump is a "R" and all the little "D" children still want him crucified because "THEY HAVE THE POWER" and he beat their queen - quite handily by the way (304/234).

It ain't gonna end 'til he's dead and gone or until the "R"/IND''s totally clean house - which is way past time and very badly needed.
