Migrants charged in attack on NYPD cops in Times Square offered plea deals, including one who was rearrested
One of the seven migrants charged with viciously attacking two NYPD officers in Times Square in January was arrested again for theft while out on a bail, a judge revealed as he and four other defendants were offered plea deals.

Six of the migrants charged in connection to the vicious attack on two NYPD officers in Times Square were offered plea deals Tuesday as a Manhattan judge revealed that one of the accused cop-beaters was arrested again while out on bail.

Yohenry Brito, 24 — who was remanded after his initial arrest — was nabbed last week for petit larceny after an activist Brooklyn priest posted his $15,000 cash bail in February, Judge Laura Wood said in Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday.

"I am furious that Mr. Brito was rearrested and charged with petty larceny while he was out on this case," Wood fumed as she warned that another slipup would land him behind bars.

"I am very tempted right now to put you in jail. I am telling you right now, if I learn you are rearrested for anything at all between now and this case being finished, I will order a warrant and I will place bail so high, you will not get out," she continued.

"If you jaywalk, if you jump a turnstile, if you do anything at all and I have to issue a warrant, you will not see the light of day until this case is over," Wood declared.

She asked if Brito understood, to which he replied "Yes" after the comments were translated for him by an interpreter.

Brito allegedly tried to steal children's clothing and "fragrances" from Macy's Herald Square flagship store on Friday night, according to a criminal complaint.

He was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property — both misdemeanors.

A Manhattan judge set him free at his Saturday arraignment — despite the DA's office requesting $10,000 cash bail.

News of Brito's rearrest came as he, Ulises Bohorquez, 21, and Andres Gomez-Izquiel,19, were offered plea deals by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

Under the proposed deal, the trio would serve a year in jail in exchange for pleading guilty to second-degree assault.

Two other migrants charged in the cop attack, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, and Wilson Juarez, 21, have been offered a separate deal to serve six months in prison for pleading guilty to obstructing a government administration.

Prosecutors also offered Yorman Reveron, 24, a bargain that would send him to prison for two years for pleading guilty to second-degree assault, according to the DA's office.

The defendants' attorneys have not yet accepted the plea deals.

Wood ordered they return to court on June 18, when a trial date will be set if no agreement is reached.

An offer has not yet been made to 20-year-old Edgarlis Vegas.

The seven migrants were indicted following the shocking caught-on-camera beatdown of the two officers when they tried to break up a rowdy crowd at the Crossroads of the World on Jan. 27.

Video showed the mob kicking the cops in the head and body before running away.

Juarez and Servita-Arocha are alleged members of the notorious Venezuelan street gang Tren de Aragua, and are the subjects of ICE detainers.

Shithole justice at it again.

Plea deals are the 1st option in many many jurisdictions regardless of sex, race, or place of birth.  It's the "goto" for lazy DA's too many times.  Don't like it?  Bring it up in your jurisdiction and try to do something about it.  And stop the fake outrage.

Nobody mentioned any of that.

It's the "goto" for lazy DA's too many times.

And NYC DA's are proving that time and again.

And stop the fake outrage.

Nothing fake about it.  In this we have illegals (your idiotic vernacular for them are "asylum seekers") assaulting law enforcement.  People who should not be here in the first place.  So there are more laws broken than just assault.

Please try to keep up with the WHOLE situation.

I did.

And NYC DA's are proving that time and again.

As are Florida, Arizona, Texas, and many other state DA's.  Take off your partisan glasses for once.

Nothing fake about it.

It is fake.  If not show me your other outraged comments about non-migrants being given plea deals.

WTF is it with NY judges? This asshole should already be behind bars. They never should have released any of them after the assault on the officers.

The plea deal is a fucking joke as well.

Democrats do love their criminals; and they proved it yet again.

especially that dick, Senator Durbin who blocked legislation to keep illegals who are violent criminals or traffic woman in jail until their trials. i'm not sure if he is on the cartels payroll or if he is afraid his supply of underage prostitutes will run out if he allows this to pass.

We can't forget about NYC declaring itself a Sanctuary Shithole for illegals to go to and the Biden administration leaving the border unsecure to the point they sued Texas and Arizona for the border security measures they put in place.

Maybe Traitor Joe is on the same cartel payroll you speculate the skid mark Durbin to be on.

Real criminals let go while Bragg's office chase their tails trying to convict a former POTUS on charges the DOJ dropped.
