Hundreds of anti-Israel protesters crashed a gay pride parade in Philadelphia on Sunday, bringing the celebratory march to a halt.

Hundreds of LGBTQ+ revelers were met by the political protesters chanting the anti-Israel slogan, "Palestine will live forever! From the sea to the river!" at the end of the parade route in the City of Brotherly Love, according to a video posted on X by conservative pundit Jack Posobiec.

The showdown took place at the intersection of 11th Street and Locust Street after the Philly Pride March and Festival kicked off around 10:30 a.m. at Washington Square and headed to the city's Gayborhood section.

At one point, the anti-Israel crowd screamed, "PPP, KKK, IOF they are all the same!" while cops corralled them on one side of the junction and the pride marchers looked on with perplexed and dampened expressions, according to another video posted to X at 12:20 p.m.

While it was not immediately clear if the "PPP" chant referred to the Philly Pride Parade, "KKK" and "IOF" were apparent references to the Ku Klux Klan and the Israel Occupation Forces.

Some protesters in the anti-Israel group held up a rainbow flag with the words "no pride in genocide" painted on it, the video shows.

Others wore Palestinian-style Kufiya scarves around their heads, and one protester could be seen holding a white sheet stuffed to look like a deceased child wrapped in a shroud, the footage shows.

Meanwhile in New York City, the Israel Day Parade took place in Manhattan, where a masked maniac menaced marchers with a antisemitic sign that read, "Kill Hostages Now."

The showdown took place in Philly's Gayborhood section. FOX29

Antisemitism has been on the rise around the country since the Oct. 7 Hamas attack in Israel, where the terror group killed more than 1,200 people and took 250 hostages, many of whom are still captive by the terror group.

Israeli has been embroiled in a war with Hamas since, launching a counter offensive in Gaza Strip that has killed thousands of Palestinian and displaced many more.

There is so much confusion between these two factions.  I have a dear family friend who is one of the sweetest, most level headed women I know, and she had posted a simple message of support to her Jewish friends.  Another dear (gay) family friend of both of ours then attacked her online because he claims that the gay community is basically on team Gaza - as if the gay community is a monolith.  Now things are weird between them because of an innocent, nonpolitical comment from a very nonpolitical person that was made on social media and taken the wrong way.  This is why I have no social media presence other than this anonymous one.

Why would Americans carry signs reading “Kill Hostages Now"?

Why would Americans support terrorists?

Because they are too stupid to know that Hamas are terrorists. Terrorists that wouldn't hesitate to kill them all if they had half of a chance. Especially the LGBTQ+++++ ones.

If they did even the slightest bit of research they would know that Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, PA, and Israel are all anti Palestinian. None of them want the Palestinians to actually succeed and form their own state. If that did occur they would lose power and money; which is all they really care about.

So the Palestinian protests did something good after all!

Everyone has the right to gather peacefully.

While gay pride parades aren't my cup of tea either; it is well within their rights to peacefully assemble and have a parade. I am sure it was permitted by the city.

The pro Hamas protestors on the other hand; weren't permitted- and they weren't just blocking the parade route- but streets around the parade- which affects traffic and commerce.
